  Maz - the gentleman who helped us throughout our stay was incredible. He made my daughters special birthday holiday extra special. He was fab to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was so clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and not too hot. Breakfast was lovely both days and never ran out of anything. It's just short of 10 mins walk from the tube, we had two small kids in tow. Area felt safe and there is a Waitrose and Tesco on the way to get any drinks and snacks. We have already said we will come back to this hotel.

  Ottimo soggiorno, camere confortevoli e posizione strategica! Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno al Premier Inn London Hammersmith. Le camere sono molto comode, silenziose e accoglienti, con letti particolarmente confortevoli che garantiscono un ottimo riposo dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare Londra. Una menzione speciale merita la camera accessibile che avevo prenotato per i miei genitori con mobilità ridotta: davvero spaziosa, funzionale e ben organizzata. Il bagno, il WC e la doccia sono perfettamente adatti alle esigenze di persone con difficoltà motorie, rendendo il soggiorno molto più semplice e piacevole. Molto piacevole anche la hall, con un’accogliente zona bar arredata con comodi divani e tavoli, ideale per rilassarsi in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Un ambiente davvero gradevole, dove è possibile fare colazione, pranzare o cenare, ma anche semplicemente godersi un ottimo cocktail o una buona birra alla spina prima di andare a dormire. Uno spazio che rende l’hotel ancora più accogliente e vivibile. Ottima anche la posizione, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Hammersmith, comodissima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Londra. L’unica piccola pecca, che purtroppo riguarda in generale gli hotel della catena Premier Inn, è l’assenza dello scopino per il WC e, naturalmente, del bidet, a cui noi italiani siamo abituati! Nel complesso, un’esperienza decisamente positiva. Un hotel che consiglio sicuramente, soprattutto per il comfort dei letti, l’accessibilità delle camere, gli accoglienti spazi comuni e l’ottima posizione. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

  Basic, decent hotel but anyone concerned about safety should avoid!! Our room didn’t automatically lock when we left in the morning. When we went to ask reception, the staff said not to worry and they will handle it. We asked if the maintenance staff was coming down to fix it as we had to leave but also didn’t want to leave our luggage in an unlocked room, and reception said the maintenance staff was busy fixing another room’s lock. The reception staff assured us that this happens all the time and that our stuff would be safe. While nothing went missing, it feels like a rather serious security issue that apparently ’happens all the time’

  We had the worst hotel experience in our lives. If you have any doubt about your safety PLEASE don't book any room from this hotel. On our last night at 2.45 am, in the middle of the night, someone knocked on our door many times by saying, "Open the door." He was about to break the door, and he punched the door for 15 minutes. We thought that he was a robber; maybe he was. We still don't know who that person was. Since there's no CCTV in the corridor, there's nobody who knows that person is! We tried to call the hotel staff; since there's no phone in the room, we couldn't call any staff. There's no phone in the room. The biggest problem that we had was about safety... I've been to London many times but didn't come up with anything like this before. We informed the staff in the morning about it. Apart from our safety issue, breakfast was poor, and towels were smelling like spice. The only good thing was its location; it takes 10 mins to subway. Never again, huge disappointment!

  Nous avons voyagé du 1er au 04 septembre, chambre 623. Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel - Très bien situé, à moins de 5min de marche de la station métro Hammersmirth, Il y a également un petit centre commercial avec restaurant + supermarché à l'intérieur Concernant l'hôtel, chambre spacieuse avec literie tellement confortable - bonne insonorisation Petit déjeuner et diner excellent également : le bar de l'hotel propose des happy hours. Pensez à demander à l'accueil les Meal-Deal : nous avons mangé diners du soir (entree/plat ou plat/dessert plus boisson) + petit dejeuner du lendemain pour 27.99 livres - choix variés dans la carte et c'était super bon!! et enfin, tout le personnel est incroyable : souriant, serviable, poli. Nous ne sommes pas habitués à ce niveau de service en France et c'est ultra appréciable Premier inn était une découverte pour nous et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hotel
