  Well located, near tube stations, & a great experience overall. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my whole stay.

  Was impressed by this hotel 1 thing that let's it down as a powered wheelchair user, the weighted doors on lobby accessible bathroom-2 and upstairs before we enter our accessible room - 2 makes very difficult to navigate through. Staff were nice, food and breakfast were good.

  Die fünf Sterne vergebe ich in Betrachtung des Preises und der Leistung. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der U-Bahn und Busstation Hammersmith, von wo aus das Zentrum von London schnell erreichbar ist. Ausserdem sind dort Supermärkte und ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Lunch/Dinner.Trotz der Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig und im Zimmer gab es keinen Lärm. Grosses und bequemes Bett, Standardbad. Das Standardinternet reicht, um Nachrichten zu lesen, aber für Youtube oder Streaming ist die schnellere Internetoption notwendig.Die fand ich mit 5 Pfund für 24h etwas zu teuer. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar und der untere Hotelbereich mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel an sich hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. Das Gepäck kann am Anreisetag vor Check In und am Abreisetag nach Check out aufbewahrt werden.

  I have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the course of 2 years, and it has never faulted me. Staff are always helpful, friendly and attentive. Rooms are tidy and equipped with everything I need for a comfy stay, and it's conveniently located between two tube stations (approx. 5min walk to either). Lots of shops, restaurants, and nice walks along the Thames on your doorstep. Some rooms face the train tracks so there is soft rattling as the trains go by, but I found this more of a comforting white noise that helped me sleep rather than something disruptive.

  Stayed here for a gig along the road in the Hammersmith apollo. Cannot fault the restaurant and bar staff they were fantastic. Location great and hotel fairly modern. The only complaint I have was the Air Con in the room (118) would randomly turn on at night various times, you would wake up to turn it off the room was that cold. Spoke to reception after the first morning and the stated it wad controlled centrally but they would "sort it out". Spoke to reception various times throughout the day including a 23:46 phone call on the last night as it turned itself on again but the issue was still happening. 2 broken nights sleep and home with the cold, not the best Premier Inn Experience especially at £170 for one of the nights.
