The room was decent, I went for the premier plus and had a few extras, the shower head was all blocked and was spraying water over the topmost the screen. Had to spend 10 minutes trying to clear it, it clearly hadn't been checked by the cleaners. I spent 4 nights here and requested a room clean on the 3rd day told the front desk I wanted new towels and the bin emptying at which point i was present with 2 towels and a bin liner and told to leave the rubbish bag outside my room, next time i might be given a vacuum. Not exactly great service. The food and waiting staff were very nice just the hotel side that let it down

Rooms are decent and a good size. Outdated TV with no HDMI and patchy internet, so if you like to relax at night with online entertainment, it’s not offering much. Real problem with the service, the reception desk is often empty and calling by phone takes a while to reach the desk, and when they arrive they’re not very warm or helpful. Same for restaurant staff, and the food is poor really. Some noise from trains but not a lot, seemingly some rumblings from machines inside too. (First floor) It’s fine for a place to crash, if you can drive or get an uber. Quite pleasant being in the room. Also to note, my walk from the lift to the room door was 2 minutes 30 !

I say this often - Premier Inn would be my first choice of hotel anywhere if it addressed a few core issues at every single one of their hotels I've stayed at. Their free wifi is embarrassingly bad. Less than 0.5mbps. This is consistent across their brand in a vain and cynical attempt to upsell their "ultimate wifi". They use cheap public toilet style tissue dispensers in the bathrooms which feel really cheap and tacky. There is never a towel rail by the sink. These are all Premier Inn problems at all their hotels. For this hotel in particular with the exception of the above the hotel is pretty decent. The room was fine and not too noisy. Only a few times we heard other guests through the thin-ish walls. Curtains were pretty good but did let in a little light so could be an issue if you like total darkness. The aircon worked very well. In a very hot July weekend we were kept nicely cool. Unlike so many in-room aircons this was quiet enough to leave on overnight to keep the room comfortable. This may change as the hotel gets older and the heating/cooling system starts to age. As always the breakfast was substantial and tasty, but not that hot. Breakfast served buffet style will never be hot but I'd have liked a microwave or something to just boost the temperature of my food. 5 minute walk to the underground/subway station which is on the Piccadilly line to Heathrow and into Central London which was handy. Also another two lines very near by (Hammersmith and City/District IIRC) which were also useful. Plenty to eat and drink in the immediate area including stores like Tesco and Sainsbury's for grocery type supplies. All in all a decent location for us as we were in London for a couple of days before a flight to the USA.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel at the end of July and we must say we are very satisfied. What we really liked: -Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Above all, it is a very family-oriented place, with the vast majority of guests being families. -Comfortable Beds: The beds are very comfortable for a good night's rest after a long day. -Great Location: The location is fantastic-also very family-friendly, situated right next to a metro line and a major bus station. It is an excellent choice for families doing sightseeing in London who do not want to spend a fortune staying right in the center. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery markets nearby. -Friendly Staff: The staff is very polite and welcoming. -Modern Technology: The digital check-in and digital room key made arrivals and access seamless. -Great Value: The price is completely fair. Highly recommended to include breakfast with your stay. Room for Improvement - property could use a bit of investment and updating, particularly in the bathrooms. All in all, we are very satisfied. In some aspects, this hotel is actually better than much stronger and more expensive competition. The price is entirely reasonable for the value you receive. Warm recommendation!
