- MDMarília Diniz4 days ago5.0We stayed for just one night, room was fine, location is great and breakfast was very good. But we had a very good experience with the staff which I have to mention. My daughter forgot her Kindle in our room and the staff kept it for months until my husband could pick it up while he was in London for a conference - we live outside the UK. It was a messy situation with the UPS not picking it up when it was supposed to, but they kept my daughter's Kindle safe for almost six months. A HUGE thank you for that!

- TDThomas DuffySep 22, 20262.0Felt really short changed compared to normal Premier Inns. Room 409 is a tiny room with barely enough room around the bed for one person to move about. Not one of the photos on the website show a room this small, it's misrepresentation, frankly. Even with the aircon on constantly, the room was permanently hot with no openable windows. The bed was uncomfortable and the toilet didn't flush properly. Really poor, dated building.
- ERE RSep 20, 20264.0For what you pay this hotel does what it needs to. Its clean, quiet and handy for the tube station. Yes it can look tired if you look hard enough but ultimately it was great. Room layout was odd and we did hear people in the corridor as the bed was right next to the door but no traffic noise (other than sirens) so it was relatively quiet. The restaurant deserves a mention too - having stayed in a few Premier Inns this one has to have the best restaurant. Food was amazing. Would stay there again!
