  In a good location, in Hammersmith. Stayed there for 3 nights . The rooms are in need of an upgrade . There not as cosmetically nice looking as the other premier inn bedrooms I have stayed in . But they have said on the website as you book . That they will be upgrading the rooms .. 👍👍👍 Friendly staff and easy check with the member of staff . As the automated check in machine was a headache, when I tried . But not only me too 👍

  Perfektes Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Sehr gute Anbindung für den ÖPNV, sowohl zum Flughafen (Heathrow) als auch ins Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Stets freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen.

  Albergo in posizione comoda, vicina alla metro e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo il ristorante, ottima la colazione e ottima cena. Era il compleanno di mio figlio , siamo arrivati tardi e sono stati disponibili a farci cenare e fantastici con lui. Un grazie in particolare a Sandesh del ristorante!

  Didn't enjoy stay, there's loads of staffing issues particularly with housekeeping and kitchen. I asked for my room to be serviced and nothing happened so had to ask every day for four days until I finally had fresh towels and toilet paper. The breakfast chef is hostile and aggressive and nearly burned a child by shoving a hot plate into his face. There were rats in the car park. The dinner menu is limited as they never have all items and the reception staff often act as chefs so the food isnt prepared properly. I was served raw salmon and had to skip dinner a few times despite having the meal deal so overall would not recommend for more than one night. Great location near the tube and parks.

  Très bon emplacement, super quartier, commerce et pub restaurant dans un rayon de 15 minute à pieds. Bord de Tamise sympa. Staff super, check inn autonome rapide, parking facile à l'hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner les produits ne sont pas impressionnant mais bon et copieux. La chambre de 4 est grande, bonne literie et la salle de bain est grande et fonctionnelle aussi. MAIS hotel vétuste entièrement vitré donc dès 7h du matin la chaleur monte et à 10h c'est intenable, le système de climatisation est insuffisant. Entretien de l'hôtel à revoir. Les vitres sont sales, le sol dans les parties commune est immonde, la salle de petit déjeuner colle (sol et table), les rambardes d'escalier collent aussi. Cependant le prix correspond vraiment à ce qu'on a. Au vu de l'emplacement et des prestations ( bonnes et mauvaises ) on a difficilement trouvé aussi bon rapport qualité prix.
