The hotel is located conveniently close by the stations. I was so impressed with the room, it was clean and had a hairdryer, Tv and towels supplied.
I was checked in by Christina and she was lovely, very helpful. MD assisted me in checking out, he was very patient and friendly. Thank you ❤️

Firstly the room was clean and good size. I visited during the heatwave so AC was very important and it worked perfectly. The service was 10/10 nothing was too much for the staff from management to breakfast greater. No matter what I asked it was given with a smile ironing board, eggs well made, luggage stored away late check out etc breakfast was delicious and fresh thank you to chef Angela and her lovely college gentleman colleage whose name I unfortunately didn't get. The dinner, which I was reluctant to have due to past hotel dinner experiences and bearing in mind all the external food options ( I had the seabass and spring rolls surpassed my expectations) Christina was a ray of sunshine every day going out of her way to greet and help guest wherever possible. Lastly the hotel location is excellent managed an impromptu theatre visit between shopping and was able to get some much done without having to go on public transport which when I did use is conveniently located opposite the hotel with excellent links to all of London and beyond

I stayed in the Premier Plus room 508 with a view out over the street during a heatwave. Upon arriving I felt right at home, because I got such a friendly greeting at reception from Neta. She explained everything I needed to know and during my entire stay I enjoyed our chats - fantastic when you're traveling solo. London was experiencing a heat wave but the air conditioning worked perfectly, the strong windows with double glazing meant no noise from the street - mattress and choice of pillows were comfortable so I slept well. I enjoyed the nice view over green Trees to London city in the background. I was able to work at the desk in my room using the free wifi - all fine! Bath in the bathroom - very nicely laid out and water pressure and temperature easy to control. The unlimited breakfast is absolutely great value for money. For dinner I had a classic burger with fries and coleslaw from chef Alex - who made the meal feel like home cooking. It was one of THE best burgers ever and the fries were crisp and delicious. Wasane, who is the dining room hostess, made me feel Right at home with her kindness and warmth. The dining room and kitchen crew in the morning Christina and Angela, were super friendly and filled in for each other when things got busy. Angela's eggs were cooked to perfection. This is a team who like each other, like their guests and give you the feeling you belong from the start. Right around the corner to the Hackney London hotel is the Curve outdoor garden and outdoor bar, super cool with picnic tables (see pics), get a beer or cocktail and sit in a big beautiful garden with your own food (tons of good local takeaways within 5 minutes walk. Cool vibe and hidden gem, including the hotel. And last but not least, the maid, Marianne was super friendly and helpful with all questions regarding room and bathroom replenishment. Thank you, Marianne!
