We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Fulham, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, we would especially like to mention Majda, who was incredibly kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. My wife particularly appreciated being able to speak with Majda in Arabic, and it made her feel very comfortable and welcomed. Majda was so patient, caring, and helpful, and her ability to speak multiple languages was a lovely touch that made a real difference to our experience. Thank you so much, Majda, for going above and beyond and making our stay even more enjoyable. You are a credit to the hotel! ❤️ Hannah Alanizi

THANK YOU.

Me and my sister stayed here for one night to visit "Come Alive" at the empress museum. Perfectly located for walking to our destination and great for bus routes and the tube. Check in was smooth and room was perfect. It was very modern, clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff were very accommodating and Natalya was so kind and attentive to us during our evening meal, even when the bar and the check in area was very busy, (in fact it was far too busy for just 2 members of staff). The management should review this, as it was a Saturday in the Summer holidays and just 2 staff trying to do everything. Albeit, they both did an amazing job, they were very professional and friendly and we felt very well looked after, and we told them this. As always, Premier Inn has been a fantastic stay and I would choose these over any other. Ps. The meal deal is absolutely a great deal and the food was really delicious. Freshly cooked and good portion sizes, breakfast was also fresh and lovely.

Usually my stays in Premier Inn are very good. But absolutely not here. Stayed 7 nights at the Fulham branch and had ongoing air conditioning issues that went unresolved despite multiple requests to staff. This was only fixed overnight on the third night by the night manager adjusting the external controls, which staff apparently hadn't done despite being asked. Reading other reviews for this hotel, I'm clearly not the only one. Another guest reported the AC not working. Clearly, the Good Night Guarantee no longer carries any meaning. We also had a frosty check-in experience: our booking form clearly stated check-in at 12pm, but on arrival no room was available until we pushed back, echoing another reviewer's account of check-in time confusion at this branch. If you print a check-in time on a booking you should keep to it for the guest, and certainly shouldn’t treat them with contempt. This experience is echoed in reviews here. Also reported sharp and exposed metal fixtures near the bathroom which were a clear safety hazard (I have video evidence). This was reported to maintenance more than once but not rectified at all during our stay. On two occasions I asked for room to be cleaned before the 12pm cut-off request time. Nothing was done. After the stay, I made an official complaint to Guest Relations. It took Premier Inn 12 days to respond to my complaint, despite their own stated policy of an 8-day response window. When they did respond, they offered a £50 goodwill refund for a 7-night stay and 3 poor nights of lost sleep and more inconveniences. I find the offer insulting and have refused it. Their final position letter maintained the AC was "functioning correctly". This did not address why staff didn't act on repeated requests until the issue was raised overnight. The fix was to down to their external controls and therefore completely down to them and out of my control. Very disappointing experience and a completely dismissive complaints process. Avoid this Premier Inn.

I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. The reception staff were respectful and helpful where they could be, and the rooms were basic but acceptable. Unfortunately, that is about the extent of the positive aspects of my stay. After our first night, we requested for our room to be cleaned. The cleaning staff member immediately appeared to have an attitude towards us. When we asked whether the bedsheets could be changed, she became defensive and rowdy rather than simply explaining the hotel’s policy. She then contacted her manager and spoke to them in an aggressive tone in a language we could not understand. The manager explained that the bedsheets could not be changed until after five nights. Although there were holes in the bedsheets, I accepted this explanation and simply asked for the beds to be made, the towels to be replaced and the bins to be emptied. The manager confirmed that this would be done, and the cleaning staff member also acknowledged this. However, after the cleaning staff member left, I went to take a shower and noticed that the bins had not been emptied and the towels had not been changed. The only obvious thing that appeared to have been done was making one double bed. This was particularly disappointing given how long the cleaning staff member had been in the room. Unfortunately, similar incidents with the cleaning staff occurred multiple times throughout our stay. The issue could have been avoided entirely if requests had simply been communicated and handled politely and professionally. Instead, we repeatedly experienced rude and defensive behaviour, alongside cleaning that was not carried out to a reasonable standard. A lack of clear communication also seemed to be a wider issue at the hotel. On one occasion, when we ordered food through Uber, the driver was apparently instructed by reception to phone reception to ask whether the food could be collected from the reception desk. This was unnecessarily confusing and made the process far more difficult than it needed to be. After staying at this hotel for 4 nights, I stayed at the premier inn at talgarth road which was much better. Extremely disappointing and will not be staying at this hotel again.
