  Paid £15 for early check in room 23 it was not ready until after 3pm. We eventually got the money back. But we are disabled and had to wait and 1.5 hours for room to be ready. In the rooms 25 and 23 there was no mobile signal could not make phone calls ...... additionally no towels in room 25. Service from staff was patchy. Some staff members could not be bothered whilst others were kind and helpful. We would not stay here again.

  While it’s a “get what you expect” from a Premier Inn - the central London pricing makes some of the often forgiven elements of the dated and tired rooms stand out a bit. It’s basic but has most things you’d need. There’s no iron / ironing board in the rooms which is one key thing I missed - but the staff are super friendly and always welcoming.

  I absolutely loved my experience at the Premier Inn Farringdon! You made my weekend in London even more beautiful. I came to London for two big events, Death Note at the Barbican and a Bon Jovi concert at Wembley Stadium. Both could easily have been ruined by a terrible accommodation experience, but thankfully, that was absolutely not the case. You made everything perfect! I stayed in Room 4, at the end of the corridor on Level -1. The room felt very new, probably recently renovated, and it was super, super, super quiet. It was also extremely clean and comfortable. Honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about, and believe me, I complain a lot, especially when it comes to noise! And the breakfast... wow! Absolutely fantastic. Last but not least, the location was perfect! Just a 5-minute walk from the subway, making it very easy to get anywhere in London. If you have the chance to choose your room, I highly recommend Room 4. Trust me, you won't regret it! Thank you again, guys, for such an amazing experience. I would happily stay here again!

  LOTS OF BED BUGS IN MY DAUGHTERS ROOM My daughter stayed here last night on a school trip. She called me at 5am to show me a video of loads of bed bugs. She reported it to reception and said there didn't look surprised when she told them. After seeing those images I will never stay in a Premier inn again! I have photo evidence but I won’t ruin your day by adding them to this post

  I am only giving this rating because of two people, but first, here is the experience: my colleagues and I turned up and, as always at Premier Inn, were greeted by a computer in our face. After I checked myself in, I went to the room to do some work which I had to present to an audience of over 100 people. I could not use my mobile tethering as it was not fast enough, so I went to the duty manager and asked for complimentary Premier Wi-Fi. I was told that because I did not book a Premier room, I did not get it; fair enough, but I had some important work to do, and the response was "tough, you will have to pay for it." I went down and started chatting with Emma and Victoria, and after we told them about the service we received, they were appalled. They kindly got the Wi-Fi code for us and appreciated our feedback. If it were not for them, I would never come back here, and just to put it on record, I have stayed in so many Premier Inns as my company prefers them, and not one has ever said no to providing Premier Inn Wi-Fi.
