  We had a wonderful family stay at Premier Inn London Edmonton! The hotel is clean, comfortable and peaceful, with good value for money. The location is convenient, with Meridian Water station, bus 341 and Tesco nearby. A special thank you to Manager Mr Gazi for his excellent hospitality, helpfulness and friendly attitude. He made sure we had all the information and facilities we needed. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at reception before check-in, allowing us to start exploring London straight away. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, including choices for children. I especially loved the hash browns, scrambled eggs and cappuccino. Special thanks to Fabrizia for her warm welcome and kindness during breakfast. Overall, a lovely experience with a genuinely welcoming team. Highly recommended for families visiting London. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

  This hotel is a disaster! I paid £20 extra for early 11am check in as the day i had planned started at 11:30am. Upon arrival, my room wasnt ready and housekeeping hadn't even begun to ready the room. The delay in check in delayed my planned day which was hugely irritating. I was asked to seat and my room would be prepared. I was dumped and ignored and eventually had to get up and enquire myself and the room was then ready, which wasted more of my time. Upon getting back to my room later on, I had paid for a meal deal. I upgraded to a 8oz steak, had 1 extra beer and 2 packs of nuts......and was charged £53 extra on top of an already £30 meal deal. The staff argued that's what i owed until I asked them to check, Upon which I was still charged £23 extra for these menial extras. This hotel is the worst premier inn have ever stayed in and I frequent them constantly for work. I have been delayed, and robbed. On top of that, I wanted to hook my laptop up via HDMI to watch DAZN through my laptop.....the HDMI connection to the TV did not work. Just a disaster stay

  I’ve started to come to this premier inn when I work in North London due to the secure van parking. The rooms have been modernised and the prices fair. Today I woke up late and came to find breakfast packing down past 10.30. Fabrizia in the restaurant was so kind and put me together a plate and a coffee and it made me so happy because not many people would help that much! And done so with a smile and friendly chat. So massive thank you to Fabrizia, I will definitely keep returning

  The staff were lovely. Food and service were very good. However, we were badly let down by several issues. This was not where we had booked originally. Our booking for another Premier Inn was cancelled by the hotel and we were told to go here. I’m disabled and required a shower, instead we were given a room with a bath which I struggled to climb in and out of. Then I noticed that the mattress protector was stained. The window had a frosted film on it making the room feel claustrophobic. I went to use the iron, but there were bare wires sticking out of it. I do not recommend staying here. Which is such a pity because the staff were lovely. It saddens me to leave such a poor review.

  I have stayed at this Premier Inn many times for business and have always had a very positive experience. The hotel is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff have consistently been friendly, accommodating and professional. On the occasions when I have had any issues or needed to make changes to my stay — whether with car parking, room temperature, changing rooms, extending my booking or occasionally needing to shorten my stay — the staff have always dealt with everything promptly, politely and professionally. The location is also very convenient. While the area may not be the most central or picturesque part of London, the hotel is within walking distance of Meridian Water station, with good connections to Stratford and central London. For business travel and for working in the local area, I find the location very practical and convenient.
