  Stayed here on a Saturday night for a gig at the O2. Thoroughly recommend staff member Corina at breakfast time if you have an allergy. Could not be more helpful if she tried and was very concise when explaining the system. Thank you!

  We were particularly impressed with the friendliness and caring attitudes of all the staff we encountered at this Premier Inn. We have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns and, despite being the biggest in our experience (6 floors & over 600 rooms), we were treated like important guests, with personal touches from staff, rather than just a number. Thank you!

  Stayed at this hotel for a conference at Excel recently: - upon check in, met Corina who was amazing, listened intently, made some changes to accommodate my request for a quieter room and even when I spilled coffee on my jacket, she found me something to wear temporarily as it was raining heavily! -the entrance to Excel was about 3-4 mins away( it was helpful as majority of my conference was happening on this end). -I booked a premier plus room, as usual, room was very nice, neat and clean. The only thing I felt was the bed was not as comfortable as all other Premier Inns I have stayed at.( quite hard mattress but could be that it was new?) but it was less of an issue at this point. No noise issues for me in the room. And the blinds were brilliant, not a single particle of light! -Prince Regent station is 6 mins walk ( if you don’t want to even walk through Excel to get to Custom House). -For dinner, I met very pleasant staff members-Jurate, Munir, Dalvin and Cynthia. Everyone was very polite and professional and for the first time I felt that these people love their job and it makes a difference to people staying there( I made sure to tell them too) -I met Corina next morning again and she showed me around at Breakfast( no one has ever done that!) and she did that for every guest that came after me too. She personally made me the best hot chocolate of my life and it felt like it was her own hotel, the way she managed everything. I have never written so much for a review but I feel they totally deserve it!

  We stayed here for 2 nights when we went to see a show at the O2. We booked a premier room which was on floor 6. Lovely room, not a particularly great view as we were on wrong side of hotel. Bit of a struggle figuring out the way to walk into city but we managed. Self check in worked well. Room was clean. Staff we did speak to were polite. Only thing I didnt like was the lifts! Very clunky and noisy. Parking is a very good added bonus!

  We had another lovely weekend stay at Premier Inn Docklands and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back. This was actually our third visit! The hotel itself is always clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but the real reason we return time and time again is the staff. Every single member of the team we interacted with was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. From getting me extra coffee pods because I am a complete coffee fiend, to helping my partner find a parking space, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The team went above and beyond in so many little ways that really made our weekend feel stress free and special. It is rare to find a hotel where the customer service is consistently this good, and the staff are truly a credit to Premier Inn Docklands. Thank you all for making another stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to coming back again!
