- SVSergiu Vicas1 day ago5.0The rooms are clean and very silent inside. The staff is very friendly and you are 5 minutes away from Tower Bridge, Tower Hill station and 10 mins. from Aldgate. There is a Wetherspoon across the road and a tesco very close. The best place to stay in that area.
- RBRüdiger Bia3 days ago4.0Wir hatten für 3 Nächte ein Familienzimmer. Die Betten, auch das Zustellbett, waren sehr bequem. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, allerdings fährt hinter dem Hotel die Bahn lang, sodass man es auch nicht offen lassen würde. Das Zimmer war bemerkenswert leise. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren sauber, es wurde auch auf Wunsch zwischen gereinigt. Das Frühstück allerdings war wirklich schlecht und sein Geld nicht wert. Die Pancakes und Früchte für Joghurt wurden gefroren auf das Buffet gelegt. Nachgefüllt wurde erst, wenn wirklich kaum mehr etwas da war und Geschirr stand lange benutzt rum, bevor es abgeräumt wurde.

The receptionists were incredibly kind and let me use their charger. This type of attitude is rare in a gentrified city like London where any type of service is bureaucratically analyzed to past situations (“we cannot do it because someone did this one time”). We’re all human, and this type of kindness is to be valued and recognized. Shout out to the kind man, who I promised a chocolate bar. Sorry I couldn’t come back! But here’s my truthful review

Dirty room, bad service and an enployee who starts fighting with you if you let them know that your room is dirty when you check in and get answers like „and what do you want me to do“ Last Morning even warm water wasnt working Thanks for maria, she tried her best. Das Personal war sehr nett. Was schade war: obwohl mit veganen Alternativen beim Frühstück geworben wird, waren diese nicht verfügbar. Das Personal konnte auf Nachfrage leider nicht weiterhelfen. Generell war das Frühstück nicht so toll und der Raum überfüllt, sodass wir dann doch eher auswärts gegessen haben.
