- SGSabrina Graf2 days ago4.0Wir haben zwei Nächte als Familie mit unseren 1,5 jährigen Sohn im Hotel verbracht und haben uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die Tower Bridge und den Tower of London. Auch die U-Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren schön und auch sehr geräumig. Die Teppichböden sollten jedoch mal wieder tiefen gereinigt werden - oberflächlich sehen sie zwar sauber aus aber die weißen Socken meines Sohnes waren eher schwarz nachdem er ein paar Mal im Zimmer herum gerannt ist. Positiv hervorzuheben möchte ich das Personal, insbesondere die Dame beim Frühstücksservice die trotz sichtlichem Stress immer sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann, und warum ich auch einen Stern abziehe, ist das Frühstück. Wir haben vorab das Continental Breakfast gebucht. Dieses bestand aus Toast, Croissants, Muffins aus der Tüte, abgepackter Marmelade, Honig, Nutella,... und ein paar verschiedene Cornflakes, etwas Joghurt und ein TK-Beeren Mix. Ich erwarte in dieser Hotelklasse kein rießiges Buffet aber zum Continental Breakfast gehören für mich zumindest auch Käse/Wurst/Aufstriche, Eier und wenigstens eine schöne Auswahl an frischem Obst oder ein frisches Müsli, Haferflocken, ect. Also mehr als 2-3 Tage könnte ich diese Art von Frühstück nicht Essen. Vielleicht kann man als Kette darüber nachdenken hier mehr Frische rein zu bringen. Außerdem sollten die Kinderstühle ordentlich gereinigt werden, da diese teilweise noch vom Vorgänger klebrig waren.

A bit on the back-street, but acceptably accessible, with everything up to expectations for a three-star hotel. Rooms are a bit on the sparse side, but decently whole and clean. Breakfast is served during generous hours, and offers a selection of decent continental and full English breakfasts. Staff is friendly and the front desk is open round the clock.

A male walked into my room unnanounced while i was naked in the shower at about 1pm on the day i checked in . I tried escalating to management but they seem completely unbothered and not interested in resolving the issue. I also escalated to guest relations and got a 'we are investigating the incident' email from them.... ***update in response to Premier inn's response- i have been in touch with guest relations, please see the photo below. My issue is the response time and lack of any action from management

They generously let us use their printing service and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend wonderful people and great service!
