  Its a nicely priced, pretty Clean hotel. Its my First time in the UK and this was definately a good decision. The staff is the best staff i have ever Seen and deserves all the Tips they get. The room was pretty Clean, heavy dust in the lamps, the Bathroom door also wouldnt Lock. Inside its a nice modern Atmosphere with a great Outside. Would come again

  Stayed for a one night work trip, and couldn’t complain about a thing. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Everything worked perfectly. Upon arrival there was an issue trying to get both rooms checked in from my booking, but the staff had it sorted in less than five minutes. Breakfast was the a highlight. Fantastic selection of cooked and continental. Everything was delicious. The hostess Azeb Gurby was great! Given us a friendly, cheerful welcome, she made the effort to acknowledge the guests and I saw her following up with a few people too. Very easy and convenient location too just two minute walk from Old Street (Notthern Line) tube station.

  I absolutely love Premier Inn hotels! If you’re looking for a place to stay that is affordable, neatly clean with a beautiful welcoming atmosphere and delicious breakfasts it is the right one when sightseeing or just travelling in general. Additionally, if you’re a student just like me you can purchase unlimited breakfast at the buffet for £13,99 and enjoy a variety of fresh food such as pastries, Full English Breakfast, coffee, juices, fruits & cereals, etc.

  If I could have given this hotel 0 stars, I would have. The room itself is what you would normally expect from a Premier Inn: basic, functional, and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, this particular location is severely understaffed and, more importantly, unbelievably poorly maintained. From the moment I arrived, my room had an extremely strong smell of mold. I was staying for over a week, so this was not a minor inconvenience. I reported it to reception, who informed the housekeeping manager. The response I received was essentially, “What can we do? That’s the general smell of the rooms here.” I was also told to turn off the air conditioning because it might be causing the smell. The air conditioning was indeed contributing to the problem, but the room itself smelled strongly of mold as well. The AC filter was eventually changed, but it made little to no difference. Because I had a lot of work to do during my stay, I spent a significant amount of time in the room, often only leaving to pick up food deliveries. And honestly, I would strongly advise against eating in the room. You cannot properly ventilate it because the windows cannot be opened, and turning on the AC only made the mold smell worse. I understand that London is wet and rainy, but that is not an excuse for allowing a room to smell this strongly of mold. The smell was so intense that, after spending enough time there, I eventually became accustomed to it. However, every time I left the hotel to attend a meeting, people would immediately notice the smell on my clothes. That should tell you just how bad it was. And the mold smell wasn’t the only issue. The shower knobs squeaked, I found shards of glass inside what were supposed to be fresh sheets, and there were numerous other maintenance and cleanliness problems throughout my stay. For what I paid, this room was absolutely not worth it. I would strongly recommend considering other budget hotels in London instead. At the very least, these rooms need proper ventilation, maintenance, and attention from management. Open the windows, properly deal with the damp and mold, and maintain the rooms before putting guests through this.

  I’m not a regular guest at this hotel, I've their their with my husband but I really loved my experience, especially because of how friendly, kind, and professional the staff were. I would especially like to mention the young gentleman who came to clean the rooms. I don’t know his name, but he wears glasses. He was incredibly polite, kind, helpful, and respectful. He was very smart and professional in the way he did his work,very quick and clean and his friendly attitude really stood out to me. Staff like him can make a big difference to a guest’s experience. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant! 🫶
