  Hotel in ottima posizione, camere ampie e ottima colazione. La signora Rima, addetta alle colazioni, è stata sempre molto gentile, premurosa e simpatica.

  Nice clean room with air conditioning and nice and quiet. I'm not a fan of the self serve check-in kiosks, but staff were there to help and were very friendly

  Genuinely one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in London. I stayed here before an important day at work and requested an iron at 21:15. I was told one would be delivered to my room. It never arrived. I stayed awake waiting until after 23:15, eventually fell asleep, then had to get up early and go back to reception myself at 05:45 to obtain one. What is most frustrating is not the failure itself, but the complete lack of ownership afterwards. The hotel's response was essentially that irons are "subject to availability" and therefore not guaranteed. For a hotel charging over £200 per night, this is simply not good enough. If an iron isn't available, tell guests that immediately. Don't promise delivery and then leave them waiting for two hours. The room itself also felt remarkably outdated. In 2026, there were no plug sockets by the bed and no USB charging points anywhere in the room. These are basic conveniences that even budget accommodation often provides as standard. Premier Inn built its reputation on reliability, but this stay was the exact opposite. Poor communication, broken promises, dated facilities and a customer service response that completely missed the point. For over £200 a night in central London, I expected far better.

  Overall a very comfortable stay in a safe area and I would definitely consider staying here again. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a nice spread. Staff is very courteous and helpful at the check in and the restaurant. Good location and very close to public transport. I did notice that the wifi was a bit erratic at times.

  From getting off the tube at Aldgate and 5 minutes walk to hotel, easy fast friendly checkin to clean and well equipped room. Yes it needs a little touch up of the skirting boards, but didn't spoil my stay. Ate in the restaurant that evening, again very friendly helpful staff, good selection to pick from. Had breakfast following morning, very good. I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe and welcome. Thank you all.
