  Had a fantastic stay in London! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to major attractions. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

  We recently stayed at Premier Inn Aldgate in London and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Going in, we expected a simple, no-frills hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by just how clean, comfortable, and welcoming it was. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. We arrived with an embarrassing amount of luggage, and the team immediately jumped in to help unload it from the taxi, bring it inside, and even offered to carry it all the way to our room. That level of service made a wonderful first impression. We also opted for the meal deal, which included both breakfast and dinner, and it was excellent value. The hotel's steakhouse-branded restaurant served perfectly cooked and genuinely delicious meals each evening, and the included options exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was equally impressive, we enjoyed a fantastic Full English every morning, and it was consistently fresh and satisfying. Overall, this stay far exceeded what we expected. The hotel was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the food was great, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London. Highly recommended!

  This is very nice and lovely place close to everything. I visited many premiere inn and normally enjoy, but in this time for breakfast an Asian lady was giving feeling that I am not welcome here. I was not aware continental breakfast is different than buffet and Paid extras for it too but she was follow for my every step like a thieve came in. I am not sure what I did but it was very strange. I have never saw such behaviour so giving 3 stars.

  The aircondition was not working, also requested the room cleaning and the room was not cleaned. As compensation on the reception I was proposed to refund breakfast price for 2 adults for one day, which in the end never happened. Worst experience I ever had

  My friend was staying at this hotel. We were struggling to check out as we had to package all the shoping and it takes some extra time and we asked for extra time and Mr. Sorin has given extra time without charging. We are very happy with Mr. Sarin. Thanks you Mr. Sorin for you help. Thank you again.
