Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away. When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious bed.

One night stay here, could not fault it. Clean, good value, good location so easy to get to, but most of all fantastic service from all staff, but particular mention to Shabir for always having a smile and being so helpful. Would stay again.

Stayed for one night as close to a work location the following day. Was late due to the extreme heat and train cancellations. Staff were attentive and helped me check in, sort a quick meal, plus lend me an iron and ironing board all within an hour of arriving.
The beds are always comfortable at a Premier Inn and the fabulous air con was a joy after 35 degree temperatures today. Thanks to Chetan particularly.

This hotel is good across the board but not great.
The location is nice to be close to the city and Heathrow at the same time. The rooms are clean but small. Breakfast has plenty of options but does cost extra when it's normally included at this tier of hotels in my experience. Parking being around $20 a night is another knock.
It is hard to contact anyone for questions because they try to force everything through a kiosk.

Sadly, service let's down my experience for a night at Premier Inn Chiswick.
Positives first - the room was comfortable and spotless, working shower, TV and comfy bed. That's what you book Premier Inn for, right? No complaints.
Unfortunately, service was very frustrating. I was advised by the manager that they expected the restaurant to be busy, so after about 6 hours of traveling I dropped everything off, splashed water on my face and headed to the Restaurant.
Where I stood at the "Wait Here to be Seated" sign for past 10 minutes. I'd have gone and found someone - but I knew where they all were. I could hear them in the kitchen/back room joking on.
Eventually someone helped me find a table, which was easy since there were only two other people in the restaurant
restaurant.
Someone took my order. Happy days.
Then 35 minutes later a cold vegan burger arrives from the manager with a "have you been waiting for this?".
Yes. Yes I have.
That explains the cold - it's obviously been sitting somewhere and he'd finished someone else's failed job.
My cola never did arrive sadly so when I managed to wrangle someone (who seemed almost reluctant to take my order lol) I ordered a cheesecake and asked for my missing cola.
Thankfully, both items arrived. Keep in mind there is no-one else eating in the restaurant at this point.
I finished my food, deciding to just quit while I was ahead. A little frustrated, I won't lie.
Unfortunately, I was caught on the way out and asked to wait to process my order. I explained it was on the meal deal and prepaid with the room. This still required processing at the till, but the member of staff wasn't sure how to do it and so left me there whilst they went to find out...
Yeah, after waiting close to 10 minutes I went and found them, told them I was having to my room
I was then instructed to stay as apparently I hadn't paid for my "second cola" that I ordered with the cheesecake.
I.e. the one that never arrived with the main...
Anyway, poor show Premier Inn. Your front house has let down the excellent work of housekeeping on this one.

My partner and I stayed in this Premier Inn for 2 nights over the weekend for a show we came down to see. The location was great, busy atop just across the road to go anywhere, lots of beautiful walks around and an amazing Italian Cafe about a 10 minute walk which we went for breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and what you expect for a Premier Inn. All staff were very accommodating, from getting us an early check-in, taking rubbish from us as we were on the way out for the day, and also providing us with some herbal tea for my partner who was becoming ill - even though we didn’t have the breakfast package - we really appreciated all the staff members. The whole hotel felt safe as the reception and rooms are a few floors up from the entrance, the car park is really secure and fair pricing for the area. Will definitely be coming back to this location!!! Had a lovely stay :)
