  Do NOT stay here you will regret it The entire hotel, including the room, had a horrible smell of wet, damp dog. The entrance was covered in fur and clearly hadn’t been hoovered properly. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous!! There was limescale all over the shower, dust all over the floor and countertops, and the towels genuinely smelt like pee. 🤮 The bed felt like it had a greasy film over it, and there were bugs or some sort of black dots all over the bedding, which unfortunately we didn’t notice until the morning. Absolutely disgusting. The hairdryer was also broken. When I turned it on, it sounded like it was about to blow up, and no heat was coming out whatsoever. ONE staff member was actually helpful and replaced it for us, which is the only reason I’m giving the service 2 stars. The window was disgusting too, with fingerprints and marks all over it, making it very obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I also really dislike that the windows cannot be opened at all, especially when the rooms smell so bad. They seriously need windows like the ones in schools that only open a certain amount but still allow some fresh air into the room. The only nice part about this place was leaving it.

  Don't like the subway then nearest tube station is a bit far breakfast was that good rooms where ok the view was weird as you look in to an open space

  Amazing staff especially Tayyib Khan whose friendly and warm hospitality made us feel most welcome. We have stayed in a few Premier Inns in London and this is the best out of all of them. Cleanliness very good, and they don’t knock on the door at 9am when you have a do not disturb sign like at Travel Lodge. Definitely recommend.

  stayed here for 3 nights, very nice rooms, beds are comfy and had a good sleep, staff was friendly and helpful. the location is a bit inconvenient, it is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest tube station, i took exclusively public transport so it was slightly annoying, but not too bad. the entrance is a bit obscured, it is not very obvious so it took me a while to find it. the window in the room i stayed in had no view, only the other windows in the building, which was a bit weird and dark. other than that it was a very pleasant experience and i enjoyed it :)

  We stayed here when we visited the london wetlands centre which is about a 45 min walk. The room was clean & the staff were really helpful & friendly. We had food here on the first night which was really good. Also considering we were on the 3rd floor overlooking a busy road we didn't hear any traffic noise at all which was good. The buffet breakfast was also good with plenty of choice 😋 👌 😊
