  Stayed here on two, three occasions and every time I received superb service. I didn't get the names of the staff who greeted me, I believe one is called Denisa ? but she was so helpful and very professional, as all the staff were. We arrived hot and flusted on the hottest day of the year so far. We were running late for a wedding and couldn't access our rooms until later in the day. I believe it was Denisa who facilitated us access to the WC area in order to change into our wedding clothes. Also arranged storage for our possessions pre-room access. All staff are a credit to Premier Inn, thank you.

  Great night stay and the rooms were lovely and air conditioned. Also had a fan in the room too, the room was very clean and tidy. For breakfast you can pay to have unlimited which was great, if you wanted more. They certainly were mindful of allergies as I have allergies myself, my breakfast was cooked separately. Really nice and peaceful would come back

  I had a wonderful experience staying at the Premier Inn London Bromley. The rooms are incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and the beds ensure a brilliant night's sleep. A special shout out to Denisa at the bar she was fantastic, welcoming, and provided excellent service that really made the stay memorable. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable, high quality hotel with a great team!

  On arrival the experience wasn't good. After driving 5+hours, the last thing I wanted is to check-in using a kiosk. I had stepped over to the reception, clearly flustered and was ushered over to the kiosk. Moving on, the room was spacious and I was very happy with it. The only downside to the room was the bathroom basin. You could smell the waste at certain times through the data & night. Personally I would stay there again and have already booked another few nights for work.

  Without question, this is our favourite Premier Inn in the UK. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been impressed by the consistently outstanding service provided by every member of staff. From check-in to departure, the team is warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with immaculate public areas and comfortable, spotless bedrooms. Everything is cared for to a very high standard, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout the property. One of the highlights of every visit is the excellent food. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality items, with something to suit every taste. Dinner is equally enjoyable, with delicious meals, generous portions, and attentive service that makes dining a pleasure. The restaurant team consistently goes above and beyond, and the quality of both the food and service rivals that of many far more expensive hotels. The location is another major advantage. Bromley is a lovely town with attractive parks, excellent shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. At the same time, it offers easy access to London, with Central London just a short train journey away. On every level, this Premier Inn exceeds expectations. The combination of exceptional staff, outstanding food, spotless accommodation, and an excellent location keeps us coming back time and again. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay.
