  Always a brilliant place to stay in terms of the location and accommodating staff who are always providing helpful support. Would recommend staying here if you ever need a reliable place in Bromley.

  I have stayed at the Premier Inn in Bromley on.multiple occasions and every time the service has been consistently very good. Shout out to Natalia the manager and Wahiba.

  Me and my daughter stay here regularly! We love it here. All the staff are amazing and kind and so helpful. All the team are the best . Thank you so much .

  Hotel is in a really good location. We went to a concert at Crystal Palace park and was only a short bus trip away. However the celling was leaking all night in the room , we put a cup under the leak and it filled the cup within a couple hours. We couldn’t move rooms as hotel was full and we were offered no compensation for it.

  Never ever - while prices good (yet not what I’d call low though!) what you get is sub-standard. A room that doesnt even have a fridge or gets cleaned (room service is merely changing towels not even providing fresh glasses!) - for that (a fridge and proper service and properly functioning wifi) you have to pay extra. Breakfast that is not“continental“ at premier prices for 11.9£ foes not even include plain cheese or a slice of ham. So if you add all those essentials you would expect in a hotel of that price class (and I don’t consider a fridge or a toilet brush (!!) in a hotel room premium luxury) you are really true to the hotel name - premium bit only in what you are forced to pay to get those basics!
