Great room. Clean and tidy as you would expect. Hospitality tray with beverage choices in place. Pleasant view. Great bed!

Clean room. Friendly courteous and helpful staff. No car park, and no pick-up or drop-off points. Absurd

Inadequate room service, kept bringing one set of towels when it was two of us. Kept asking to have items topped up. Only one lift working. Staff was friendly overall. Location is good, parking is 5 pounds a day. Breakfast was so and so. No showerhead in the room, only rainfall showers which is very odd. Unfortunately some guests think this is the ghetto and were walking around with their hands down their pants etc. Obviously no one from staff said anything to them. Bromley is a hotel desert so not many viable options.

Run down, creaky floors, bad service, and expensive. Dirty carpets/rooms, smelly corridors, won't service rooms during your stay, bathroom water pressure is so restricted you can't even wash your hands - water temperature fluctuates constantly as well. Wouldn't recommend nor will be booking here again. Absolutely not up to the standard you expect of a Premier Inn. Good location is all this place has going for it really.
