- OOOscar2 days ago3.0Nivel medio. Lo mejor el poco ruido a pesar de estar en una avenida principal. Como recomendación les aconsejaría cambiar la moqueta vieja y sucia ya que se percibe olor a humedad tanto en la habitación como principalmente en el acceso de la calle a la recepción en la 1 planta. Desayuno-buffet bueno aunque se echa en falta variedad en fruta y el disponer de un microondas donde calentar la leche. Acceso a la estación de tren 12 minutos a pie.
- ABAnna Busse2 days ago5.0We stayed here for a few nights. The location was convenient, close to Hammersmith and within walking distance of several pubs. We stayed in a family room with a connecting door to the room next door. Unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn’t great, and we could hear the guests next door very clearly, almost as if they were in the same room. If we were staying longer, we would definitely ask to move rooms. That said, the staff were the friendliest we encountered during all of our stays at Premier Inn. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and for that reason I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars.

We were checked in by a gentleman named Bibek and his service was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the city and helped us to make our travel arrangements to our destination. We will definitely stay here when we travel to London again!

The shower leaks all over the floor and soap dispensers don't work, so good job I brought my own. Nothing worse than the toilet tissue dispenser! For what you pay at these places, the least you would expect is that they would provide proper toilet rolls.
