  We love this hotel and have been about 4 times now. The location is superb. You wouldn't even know you're in Central London - the rooms are quiet! Always clean too, so never an issue there. The only issue were the pillows were so, so thin, even with the extra they put in the room, so I had to ask for another, which was also super thin, so had to triple up for a something comfortable. Again, it's minor, and wouldn't deter us from staying again.

  The hotel in general meets the expectations of a three stars hotel, however the staff in the reception is not the best, especially a guy called unique, who is not unique at all. He was almost rude.

  This is our go-to Premier Inn when staying in London. It is conveniently located near everything, a short walk from the station, giving you easy access to explore everything London has to offer. The rooms are always great. We often choose the Premier Plus rooms, which are slightly larger and come with a coffee machine. The beds are comfortable and the staff are really friendly and always on hand to help. We've eaten in the restaurant a few times and the drinks at the bar are great. Overall, a fantastic little place to use as your base as you explore the capital.

  Second time staying here, still the same standard. Room had every thing we needed. We had the meal deal...which includes the breakfast, which has every thing you could want. The staff are excellent and always happy to help, very attentive. Location excellent. Love this premier inn, and we will be back

  Could be better. My wife and I checked in for a short stay at this Premier Inn, which is in a fairly convenient location for london, so travelling to and from was simple. As for the hotel itself, whilst it had a few saving graces, our overall experience was undermined by the poor quality of service. My wife and I booked a double room which was adequate for the duration of our stay, and shortly after check in, we had gone to the restaurant. The food was poor, and this could be said for every meal we had throughout our time there. It was certainly underwhelming compared to our previous experiences at other locations. During our stay, my wife had also spoken with a manager by the name of Unqiue, who was quite rude and dismissive. At times, when we had the expectation to be accommodated for, we were left feeling less than. I will mention there were a couple of staff members that were lovely! Anna, and then Yuusef along with a few other friendly gentlemen, made us feel more than welcome and are a credit to the service. That being said, the cost and initial service that my wife and I received as well as the quality of food, did not make our stay seem worthwhile. The issues we had casted quite a negative shadow over the entire stay for us.
