- LGLars Petter Grønvigh3 days ago4.0We stayed 4 nights. All staff were charming and service minded. The rooms are big, but should have had a mini fridge. Breakfast was ok, but are missing some cheese and vegetables. Pizzas need an upgrade. All inn all a pleasant stay in London. Narmada and Sindhu was very kind👍
- SBSheri B6 days ago5.0We stayed here a week and enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing, especially in the dining room. Sanni and Shamin stood out with their exceptional service during our breakfast and dinner service. Thanks for being so sweet to some Canadian travellers!
- VVvhOct 5, 20265.0I’m a regular guest at Premier Inn Bank Tower, and I appreciate the warmth and friendliness of the team members on every visit. A particular call out to Sindhu and Narmada…keep smiling! :) The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable, great location and consistent in its standards.
- MCMark ClarkeSep 28, 20265.0Room compact but clean and comfortable as expected with PL. Service efficient and polite. Location fantastic for the City of London, Borough Market, Bankside (eg Shakespeare's Globe), Tower of London.
- MBMireille BentzSep 21, 20264.0Staff was super nice and helpful (in particular Sannidhi, who went out of her way to help us when we arrived ). It the most basic hotel with as little inclusion as possible, but it's in a great location and if your not intending on spending your days at the hotel, it is hard to beat the quality/price/location of this hotel.
