  Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, zur U-Bahn Station „Monument“ an der Circle Line sind es nur drei Fußminuten. Ausstattung und Größe der Dreier-Zimmer ist völlig ok. Ein dickes Plus des Hotels sind die freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter im Service wie beispielsweise Narmada und Shamin. Hotel kann nur weiterempfohlen werden und wir würden es wieder buchen.

  Wir haben ein Zimmer für 4 Personen was auch vollkommend ausreichend ist, da man sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück war okay und das Abendessen war auch okay wir sind alle satt geworden und das zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Der Standort ist auch super.

  Sindhu was very welcoming and supported us to access the meal deal package which made a significant difference to our stay. She was exceptionally polite and helpful. We were very impressed with the size of our room for a Central London hotel. It was perfect for our few days with the family. Quality of the food was also very good.

  Siamo stati una settimana in questo hotel: avevo qualche dubbio all'inizio, ma siamo stati benissimo. Hotel nuovo, esclusa la moquette, e funzionale, posizionato in zona centrale e molto silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito bene la notte, senza rumori. E' una struttura molto smart: puoi fare il check in da solo, ma c'è sempre una persona ad accoglierti ed aiutarti. Le camere sono giuste per dimensioni e dotate di spine per telefono. Non serve quindi adattatore Uk. Il bagno non è piccolo. Uniche note dolenti sono l'assenza di bidet (come sempre all'estero) e le finestre che non si posono aprire nemmeno un po'. Abbiamo scelto meal deal con colazione e cena, e considerando il prezzo, abbiamo avuto ragione perché la colazione è giusta e la cena è adeguata al prezzo. Ci sono varie scelte, ma considerando come si mangia a Londra per noi andava bene. Al check out puoi lasciare le valigie custodite gratuitamente. La metro Monument e Bank sono a due passi. Il personale è gentilissimo. Lo consiglio per posizione e servizio e qualità prezzo.

  They don’t change bedding after every guest. Family of 2 adult and 2 kids. We stayed for 4 days. We reached late in the evening and checked in, left all luggage and rushed for reserved sightseeing and reached back late in the night. Next day night when we reached back room, in one of the kids bed noticed stains in the bedding cover beneath the top comforter, consistent similar stain on the mattress protector sheet as well. It looked like stain from the up which was wiped and left for a while so completely dried up. When I removed the entire sheet to check, also noticed a spot bloody stain on the same kid’s bed mattress protector. It was late in the night, so in the morning we went down and notified this to the front desk lady downstairs (a white lady) and asked if they could change the sheets, she was straight up rude and said she can’t unless the stay is over 6 days. I explained the stain was there on the kid’s mattress and the bedding was never changed between guests. She denied saying why didn’t we inform this when we move in. As this was in the corner and the bedding was staged in such a we didn’t notice it until our kid slept and moved in the bedding out. She finally said, I’m a mom too, i will check the room and if she finds the stain she’ll replace the bedding. When we came back, it looked like they’ve replaced the bedding. Again I noticed the same stained bedding on another kid’s bed. Looks like they just moved the bedding around to a different bed and never actually changed. The least you can do is change the bedding at least when it was brought into their attention. I’ve had interactions with couple of other staff (Asian staff) during our stay, they were all very helpful and kind. This one white lady, not just only rude but also lacking basic hospitality and truly unfit to be in this role. I’m pretty sure, the next guest is also going to get the same unclean bedding made up for them, as they have no intention or effort in changing even after knowing it.
