  Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and two children. Location was perfect for our trips around central London with it being around the corner from the tube station. Service was fantastic! Big shout out to AJ who served us one evening in the on site restaurant, he was extremely polite and made us feel really welcomed. Room was perfect for our needs, nice and clean with plenty of space for us. Would definitely return if visiting London again

  We’re staying for 1 night and popped to the Thyme restaurant upon arrival. Though clearly very busy, the team did their upmost to make sure we (and everyone else) were looked after. From check in and parking questions to going the extra mile with a table’s bday cake etc. Helpful, hardworking and made us feel very welcome :) A big thank you to AJ, Surafel and Brad on shift - great staff deserve recognition!

  The family room here was immaculate, comfortable and quiet. The location is great, the bag drop was useful and the breakfast buffet excellent. However the real stars of this hotel are the staff! A young lady whose name I didn’t get (on reception and at breakfast) and her colleague Norman were exceptional! Norman in particular was an absolute ray of sunshine, whose warmth and friendliness added smiles to all our faces. It’s rare to have such wonderful service that prompts me to write reviews but they were fab! Thanks x

  Great location for a show at the forum in Kentish Town! Two stops on the tube, and about a two minute walk from the hotel to the station. The air conditioning made the stay even better! After being out in London all day at the tail end of a heat wave and then spending an evening in the sweltering Forum, it was such a welcome relief to sleep in a freezing cold room! Woke up to no hot water, but we coped with luke warm showers since we had to get up and go. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Surrounding area had plenty of amenities too, including two supermarkets and a McDonald's.

  I am so thankful for this specific Premier Inn and especially manager Noman. I visited London for three nights from the Isle of Wight. The first night was spent in an independent place I found online and it turned out to be the scariest room I’ve ever stayed in. I booked this Premier Inn from my phone at 3am, and as soon as the sun was up I was in the lobby, safe with a nice steadying cuppa. Noman could see I was extremely stressed and looked after me and made sure I felt safe. He even arranged for me to get into my room a little early so I could freshen up before heading back out into town. I could not be happier with the service. This experience has made me a 100% loyal Premier Inn customer. Thank you!!!!!
