  Just stayed at Premier Archway , overnight stay , as there were 3 main things I needed to do and this was a fantastic location to do it . No more than 30 mins of my destinations . My friend drove and wazunsure how that was all going to work , reception gut was very helpful when i couldn't use the QR option .He sorted it for me . We stayed on 5th floor .. Room was a little small for 2 people . And there probably needed another chair as my friend had to sit on bed , i needed chair as not so mobile . Although the height of the bed ,for shorties & with the mobility was a bit of a struggle. The bed , like any premier ive stayed in , ahhh man just lovely , it was a stuffy night , but it was very quiet so didnt sleep too badly at all . Food was lovely, bar my friends fried eg , it had been under grill to long keeping warm, was rubbery , mine was fine . Loved the spring rolls . Im not sure of one of the guys name who served us , but a lovely boy , very polite , and a superficial thing here but he smelt lovely 😉 Our barman and helpful other guy was Surafel , he asked us if we wanted to upgrade on our breakfasts as thats what we had ordered, which worked out a better deal , so that was very helpful lovely boy again , very polite they are a credit to you . My friend got a curtesy hot chocolate, which she didnt expect , maybe to make up for the egg , wasnt necessary but great gesture nonetheless . Oh and 2 for 1 cocktail between 5/9 nice! To top all this as i was wanting to settle up before enjoying the high st .. We found we had been given curtesy car parking . Well i certainly did not expect that . So thank you very much for a lovely overnight stay . Will come again. Might not leave it 10 years in between this time .. Thank you everyone Sorry didn't take photos

  My husband and I along with our little one are currently staying here for a couple of nights. Due to our little one having an appointment at Great Almond Street . We have enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the hotel ..fantastic and friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us . Big shout out to Mahin and Brad . Thank you guys hopefully see you both tomorrow night . Have to say it was so lovely to see that I you could buy a GOSH Teddy and support the Hospital …well done Premier Inn . We definitely book again in a couple of weeks for little ones big Op .

  Room as expected, clean and functional. Location, by a northern line tube station so handy to get in to town. Breakfast good. The real plus for this hotel is the staff! Friendly, smiling and helpful.

  Best premier inn we've stayed at in London. Room very spacious for family of 4, location was close to public transport links and at night we didn't hear any noise from outside or other rooms which is a rarity with most chain hotels. Breakfast was good and staff were on hand to top up the offerings and give assistance where needed. I'd like to give a special mention to Norman and Crystal for being so warm and welcoming. It was clear Norman loves his job and goes that extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction; we'd definitely return

  Had an overnight stay with my sister. Norman who was the Duty Manager on the 19th August 26 when we checked in, was absolutely welcoming, as a first point of contact, his gestures, approach, friendliness made us feel so comfortable, and very accomodating. A well assured and restful stay. The dining area is spacious, choice of food is great ( did not opt for breakfast as we needed to be up early to go up north). Parking should be better directed - lift to reception is a plus and easy to access. Ideal location, for those who want to venture into Central London ,buses and underground are a few minutes Walk from the PI. Will definitely visit again.
