  تم افزاعنا من النوم بسبب الانذار المزعج ونزلنا من الدرج من كل الادوار الي شارع في البرد والمطر والسبب انذار خاطى !!! تقيمي للفندق هو فندق قديم جدا و رث جدا خزنه الملابس صغيره ودورة المياه مصديه وقديمه ميزته الوحيده فقط موقعه القريب من الهارودز والشوارع الرئيسيه اما كا فندق فهو سيء جدا

  The staff at the millennium Knightbridge, London-hotel are completely amazing! A couple issues with the room, but management took care of it right away which we appreciate. It made our stay even better. One of the porters named Peter, went out of his way to get to know us he made us comfortable he was very personable. Most of all the entire staff was extremely accommodating, which means a lot when in a strange city and many miles from home. Thank you

  I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Hotel. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to Payal for her outstanding hospitality and kindness. She was very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  Payal was friendly and offered early check in if we left a review - while odd to ask, my stay here was very good! Between the day and night team at the reception desk to concierge, everyone was great and showcased above the standards service which I appreciate. Front desk always answered my calls and room service was swift. As for con… it was all about the room. It was incredibly dusty and my allergies were going crazy and it went extreme if we turned the ac on. The vents and air duct needs a major major thorough cleaning. The sink would randomly only dispense scorching hot water (like near boiling) which was really annoying but could seriously burn your hands. A very disappointing discovery was i had asked house keeping to do a refresh (completely clean the room option) while i stepped out for coffee, and i came back about 30min later to it done, however i noticed a stain i had spilled coffee on the morning prior was still there… telling me they do not actually change any sheets which i found quite disturbing as i stayed for 8+ nights. I do expect 4 star service and fresh change of sheets was expected. If the cons were addressed this hotel would be amazing. I still had a nice stay as the rest of the staff were attentive. Great and safe location! Close to bus stops and tube entrances. Lots of lovely cafes near by, along with Harrods 5min away. I’d stay here again but would get a upgraded/nicer room and hope the dust is better

  Extremely overpriced, severely outdated, and poor Wi-Fi – does not match photos. While the check-in process was smooth, this hotel is vastly overpriced for the quality provided. The rooms in no way reflect the advertised images. The TV screen was terribly scratched, and the volume was locked so low it was barely audible from the bed. Furthermore, the hotel Wi-Fi was atrocious and barely worked during our stay. The room design is also a hazard; the bed base is far too large for the mattress, leaving a 15–30cm protruding edge that caught my shins multiple times. The entire space requires serious maintenance and deep cleaning. The windows were extremely grimy, and the bathroom sink had old hair tangled in the drain. The bathroom itself is so tatty it needs a complete gut out. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel; for the high price tag, the finishes and interior standards are completely unacceptable. Having stayed in many central London hotels, I know there are far better, more fairly priced alternatives with superior style, cleanliness, and premium finishes.
