  Though the exhibitions are good (depending on your own taste) but the lack of care provided by the team when you are disabled needs serious looking at! Waited more than you should of been to move from one floor to the next, no apologises for the wait, crew having their own conversation between them infront of you when they finally arrive, you dont need 3 people to accompany you to move floors, 20 minutes wait at one point to go from 1 floor to the next and thats with going to find someone only to be told the classic line "its been radio through to someone" all in all wasnt the best experience, wouldnt recommend to anyone who struggles with disabilities, the lack of supervision on each floor is very concerning considering the level of foot traffic each floor has!!

  Extremely disappointing experience I visited Madame Tussauds expecting to have an enjoyable day, but unfortunately my experience was seriously affected by what I witnessed involving a supervisor named Amy and members of the retail staff. As a customer, it was extremely uncomfortable to watch the way she spoke to and treated staff. The behaviour came across as intimidating, belittling and completely inappropriate for someone in a supervisory position. Watching employees appear uncomfortable while being spoken to in that manner genuinely put a damper on my day. I appreciate that I may not know the full context of what was happening, but as a customer standing nearby, the way the situation came across was very unpleasant. Staff deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially by someone who is supposed to be responsible for supervising them. I came to enjoy my visit, but witnessing what felt like bullying behaviour towards retail staff was honestly one of the things I will remember most about the day — and not in a good way. Management really needs to look into how staff are being spoken to and treated. No customer should have to witness employees being made to feel intimidated or humiliated in their workplace. Very disappointing and completely unnecessary.

  Visited on 14/8/26 at 10.30 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Person manning the Q to get in didn't have a clue what he was doing but we worked out which Q to go in. We booked our tickets through Picniq which was cheaper and we got in quickly, bag check but no issues there. Place was absolutly rammed but once we got used to the crowds we had a really good time, figures were great and everyone took there turn taking photos , there is a ride and a 4d cinema and the sit down was appreciated. It was sooooo busy, too busy in my opinion, god knows what it would have been like late afternoon. But a good 2,5 hours in a very hot london with teenagers. don't pay full price though (Just not worth it) plenty of websites out there offering discount.

  Visited today as a family of 3. We pre-booked tickets for 12.30pm and got in just fine, the queues were quite well managed outside. Once inside however, it was a free for all. It was so busy, and people were so rude, pushing and shoving to get pictures. Although this is not the attractions fault per se, I do feel like there should have been more staff monitoring the most popular areas to keep things moving smoothly. The only place we saw any staff were at paid photo areas or the ride/4d cinema. The actual wax works were really good on the whole, and our little boy enjoyed it so we are glad we did it, but we won't be rushing back. I understand it is a popular tourist attraction, but the number of visitors at each time slot needs to be lowered to make it a more pleasant experience. It just feels like pure greed to get as many people as possible in as the attraction can. That as well as the fact that you can't actually take your own photos with the most popular wax models of the royal family, you can only get paid photos. I think that is a disgrace when you have area paid a high entrance fee!

  The museum itself was great, but unfortunately the staff outside and security was EXTREMELY rude. We had tickets for 9am so we came at 8:30 so we dont have to wait in line. There were many lines and all were closed so we just started to stay next to them cause there were ABSOLUTELY no signs (we were first). Not even a minute later a line started behind with people that had tickets for 9, 9:15, 9:30. A security saw us and didnt help us we obviously didnt know where to stand for entrance. A staff guy came out and we asked him where the line gets open (ca. 100 people behind us) he said we must go to the end of the line behind the actual entrance that was NOT signed. People behind us started complaining, he said he would get the manager what never happened and he was VERY rude. That ruined the experience to all of us and the other familys. All in all the organization was super bad. Had to wait 1 hour even tho we were first
