Visitar o Madame Tussauds, em Londres, é uma experiência bastante interessante, que combina entretenimento, cultura pop, história e a oportunidade de ficar frente a frente com representações de personalidades que marcaram diferentes gerações. As estátuas de cera impressionam pelo nível de realismo, pela riqueza dos detalhes e pelo cuidado na reprodução das expressões, tornando a visita uma experiência divertida e proporcionando excelentes oportunidades para fotografias. Quero destacar positivamente a atenção e a orientação da equipe em relação à acessibilidade. Fui muito bem orientado sobre como uma pessoa cadeirante pode visitar o museu, o que transmite segurança, acolhimento e respeito. Esse cuidado faz diferença e demonstra a importância de preparar os espaços turísticos para receber todos os visitantes com dignidade e autonomia. Como observação pessoal, não apreciei tanto a experiência do cinema inspirado em Jumanji. Embora reconheça a proposta de entretenimento e os recursos utilizados, achei que essa atração se afasta um pouco do conceito tradicional do museu de cera, cuja principal característica é justamente a proximidade com as personalidades e a contemplação das figuras expostas. É uma questão de preferência pessoal, e certamente outros visitantes poderão apreciar bastante essa parte da experiência. No balanço geral, considero o Madame Tussauds uma atração positiva e interessante para quem visita Londres, especialmente para famílias e pessoas que gostam de celebridades, personagens históricos e cultura popular. Saio com uma boa impressão, valorizando principalmente o trabalho da equipe e a atenção dedicada à acessibilidade.   Unacceptable treatment — we feel as though we have been ripped off. We visited the museum with a wheelchair user, unaware that a reservation for the person using the wheelchair had to be made one day in advance. This requirement is buried on their website and can only be found by searching through it in detail. It is certainly not clearly communicated during the ticket booking process. A member of the museum’s staff responsible for handling the situation came to speak to us and explained that we would either have to change our booking time, as the building is not fully accessible despite the museum’s claims, or contact them by email to explain the situation and request a refund. We chose to request a refund, exactly as the staff member instructed us to do. However, after contacting the museum by email, they are now refusing to refund our money! This is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. We followed the instructions given to us by the museum’s own staff, only to be denied the refund we were explicitly told we could request. The lack of transparency regarding accessibility requirements, combined with the refusal to honour what their staff told us, is extremely frustrating and feels like a complete rip-off. I would not recommend this museum.

  Madame Tussauds w Londynie to znacznie więcej niż muzeum figur woskowych – to prawdziwa podróż przez świat gwiazd, sportu, historii i popkultury. Można tu stanąć oko w oko z członkami rodziny królewskiej, spotkać światowych przywódców, ulubionych muzyków czy bohaterów filmowych. A niektóre figury są tak realistyczne, że naprawdę trudno uwierzyć, że nie są żywymi ludźmi. Ogromne wrażenie robi różnorodność tematycznych stref i dbałość o szczegóły. Każda przestrzeń ma swój charakter, scenografie są dopracowane, a zwiedzanie to nie tylko oglądanie eksponatów, ale też sporo interaktywnych atrakcji. Szczególnie ciekawa jest przejażdżka londyńską czarną taksówką Spirit of London Ride, która w kilka minut zabiera nas w niezwykłą podróż przez historię miasta. Do tego Marvel, Gwiezdne Wojny, sport, moda i kino 5D – trudno się tu nudzić! To miejsce, w którym można bez skrępowania uruchomić wyobraźnię, zrobić mnóstwo zabawnych zdjęć i poczuć się częścią świata wielkich gwiazd. Na zwiedzanie warto zarezerwować sobie sporo czasu, bo atrakcji jest tyle, że spokojnie można spędzić tu nawet cały dzień. Praktyczna rada: bilety najlepiej kupić z wyprzedzeniem i wybrać możliwie najwcześniejszą godzinę wejścia. Zainteresowanie jest ogromne, więc wcześniejsza wizyta daje większą szansę na spokojniejsze zwiedzanie i swobodne robienie zdjęć. Jedna z tych londyńskich atrakcji, które potrafią wciągnąć bez względu na wiek. Świetna zabawa, mnóstwo wrażeń i pamiątkowe zdjęcia, na widok których znajomi mogą przez chwilę zastanawiać się, jak udało nam się spotkać tyle sław w jeden dzień!

  Madame Tussauds London Review Madame Tussauds London is a fantastic experience and definitely one of the most memorable attractions in the city. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is exciting, immersive, and incredibly well designed. The wax figures are remarkably detailed and lifelike, and it is genuinely impressive to see how much attention has been given to facial expressions, clothing, hairstyles, and small details. The attraction offers a great variety of famous personalities from film, music, sports, history, politics, and popular culture, so there is something interesting for almost everyone. The themed areas and interactive sections make the visit much more engaging than simply walking through a museum and looking at exhibits. There are plenty of opportunities to take creative and fun photos, making it especially enjoyable for families, couples, and groups of friends. The overall presentation is professional, modern, and entertaining, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Although it can become quite busy, especially during peak hours, the experience is well worth visiting. If you are visiting London for the first time, Madame Tussauds is certainly an attraction I would recommend adding to your itinerary.
