  I booked a non refundable room but was unable to turn up due to heatwave causing my event to be cancelled and the trains advising essential travel only. I thought the hotel would in the circumstances refund/allow a rebooking but they took a hard line on it. They're entitled to do that legally, just as I am entitled to book elsewhere in the future. Sorry but customer lost..

  This is how it's done! Had an awesome, flawless stay. Right from check-in, to room, lounge, bar and check-out. Caring staff, very clean, nice views, tidy bar and lounge. Room and bathroom are sleek. Well appointed with comfortable bedding. It was really good and I will return.

  Next time you have half a hotel full of wedding guests you might want to situate them together,!! Kept awake till 1am room next door with a dividing door 8 men of that wedding and women laughing loudly and being very disruptive phone in room didn't work so has to get up and go from 10th floor to reception who called up to that room for them to ignore the call so reception had to come up to tell them to be quiet, and to be told by a one for the guest it's a wedding!!! I think we know that lovely hotel but very busy and very noisy if your looking for a relaxing stay this isn't the place.

  Stayed here for the first time to attend the "TWICE <THIS IS FOR> WORLD TOUR CONCERT" at The O2 Arena. The hotel was incredibly convenient for getting to and from the concert with the hotel's dedicated corridor between the hotel and The O2, rather than walking all the way around to the main entrance of the venue. The staff at reception, restaurants and bars were very friendly and helpful! The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean with a nice view of The O2, Greenwich and Canary Wharf.

  Stayed here a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. I came with a toddler who’s a messy eater, they were so lovely and understanding. The service was wonderful from everyone, the food was amazing, the room service food was delicious, the view from the hotel room, the travel from hotel to o2 was very straightforward and the area is amazing. The swimming pool was a lovely experience and it was so nice to have a late checkout so we could make the most of the swimming pool even on our last day. If you’re coming with a toddler or children, don’t be worried. I had a wonderful time with my toddler and they were very accommodating. Would 100 percent recommend this hotel xx
