  Had an awful stay here. We stay here a good few times a year. At the weekend we stayed again in a one bedroom suite. There was a leak in the main bathroom we called maintenance who came fixed and said it may leak again but he couldn’t be sure. We went out to the concert went to the sky bar so when we woke up around 9am in the morning we woke to the main bathroom with a leak again this time water a lot further out. We called down and logged it and someone said they’d come up. 2 hours later at 11.18 no one had come up I called again they sent a maintenance person who said it needed to be repaired and we wouldn’t be able to use it. We actually ended up having to check out to get across London even though we had a 4pm checkout. It’s not so much the leak that’s the problem as that can’t be helped but the customer service or lack of it we don’t receive. Waiting for 2 hours until we called again is not acceptable. We were offered no other room or facilities to take a shower in and on checkout I asked to speak to someone in charge and she took. A £40 room service charge of the bill. I don’t feel anyone acknowledge just how much of an inconvenience it was to not have access to a full bathroom. Luckily we had an additional toilet and sink. Just such a shame as we have never experienced anything like this before

  Hotel is obviously a great location for the O2! However I feel the service and experience was a let down. On check in, the minibar in our room was not filled and instead rotten out of date food left by a previous guest. Makes me feel if they have not checked this; what else hasn’t been cleaned. Advised staff on way out to concert and asked if it could be filled as be nice to have a drink when we get back later. Was told no problem. On return, was still the exact same. Just feel in a £350 a night hotel, these little touches mean everything and not that difficult. Mistakes happen, but don’t say you’ll fix it and then don’t. Advised staff on check out and was told “thanks for letting us know”. Not quite the point and no attempt at service recovery. Overall, captive market as only hotel next to the O2 but for the money expected alot better

  Staff wonderful. Rooms perfect. Beds soft. Pillows very soft so you are lying almost flat. Booked turn down service but didn't get it.

  This hotel blew me away, its proximity (and walkway!) to the 02 is unbeatable and the breakfast superb. Views of Canary Wharf amazing - even better the next morning in the sunshine. Service was great and the spa / swimming pool a treat. Smelled gorgeous! Will try the gym next time :)

  Very loud music coming from the O2 stadium when there is a concert taking place in the evening and of course not ending before late in the evening. Particularly the bass or low tone sound is very well audible in the hotelroom when you have a room facing the stadium.
