    Very disappointing experience. It has been more than three weeks since I checked out, and my security deposit is still being held. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update, yet I have received no response at all. Keeping a guest’s money for this long without any communication is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to provide luxury service. Customer service should not ignore guests once they have checked out. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

    I had a lovely stay at the hotel, from walking in till the day I checked out, my stay there was excellent. I stayed their for a special occasion and the staff immediately recognised how important it was and gave me a free upgrade and drinks as well as congratulating me. Uday at the reception, was especially welcoming and provided excellent service. The rooms were lovely and kept clean and tidy by the staff seamlessly. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

    the worst experience ever, I have booked a suit and then I told them the AC as soon as I checked in is off, I turned it on and its still hot, they have said give it an hour, I would know if the air is cool or warm. a whole night I keep asking them to fix it and they say the maintenance on the way, when I kept calling they have said the problem is from the roof...although the connected room is fine and lets say its a different unit, the least they can do is let me go to another suit which I suggested till they fix this whatever issue, they only said "Do you want a fan?" It is my last stay in this hotel although I was a loyal customer.

    Our stay at the InterContinental Park Lane in London was fantastic and truly reflected what a five-star hotel experience should be. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, located in a safe, upscale neighborhood that is central to everything London has to offer. While some of the rooms are beginning to show their age, the overall atmosphere and quality of the property more than makes up for it. Traveling with two toddlers can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made us feel incredibly welcome as a family. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly toward our children, which made a world of difference and added so much to our experience. We experienced an unfortunate issue with our room on the first night, which was disappointing after a long journey. However, what truly sets a great hotel apart is how they respond when things don’t go according to plan, and the team at InterContinental Park Lane exceeded every expectation. A special thank you goes to Head Concierge Victor and his exceptional colleagues, Mark and Julian, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with nearly every request made our stay so much more enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Front Operations Manager Alex and front desk associate Emmanuel. Their genuine care, thoughtfulness, and commitment to guest satisfaction completely turned around what began as a difficult first night. Thanks to their efforts, we were upgraded and received outstanding attention and service throughout the remaining four nights of our stay. They transformed what could have been a disappointing experience into a truly memorable one. Quite simply, they were the reason we left with such wonderful memories and why we are so happy to give this hotel five stars. Excellent hotel, outstanding staff, and a location that is hard to beat. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but exceptional service is what people remember, and the team at InterContinental Park Lane delivered exactly that. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.
