  The location is exceptional. The hotel itself is quite crowded with particularly slow elevators (there may be a renovation in progress). The staff is extremely friendly and seem to be doing the best they can given the volume of people being served. There is room for improvement but overall it is a solid choice based on location and friendly staff.

  The absolute BEST! I stayed for 5 nights in June for my bday. The staff went above & beyond to make my day special. Everything about my stay was a 5 star experience. Highly recommend booking

  Its really am shocked from bad servicei stayed in this hotel tow month & we have tow rooms but bad room services especially room services in the midnight, theres no person answering you from room service!!! The operator women answering you & she take your rare order theres no meals at night which is very strength its 5 star hotel how come!!! Also the provider me bad & dry bread. I will not stay again in this hotel.

  Intercontinental hotel is our first choice whenever we go everywhere in the world. In London, we had a large room that is very clean with such a stunning view on the Green Park and Hyde Park. I loved the room service teams and how friendly and helpful they are. Many thanks

  The hotel is very kids friendly. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating I stayed at the Mayfair side and the old style I liked both but prefer the old style. The breakfast is decent could be better though There are no bidet in the toilet which is unfortunate but not a deal breaker. I removed a star from the service because the room in dining always makes a mistake in the food ordered Shout out to the guys at the front door and concierge
