  Small room, but really good size for London. Great continental breakfast, nice bar/lounge area and free tea & coffee all day. The location was perfect - a close walk to everything, including theatres. The staff were very friendly and professional. The lady that checked us in was the most welcoming receptionist we had encountered on our travels.

  Ottimo hotel in posizione centralissima e ben collegata, ma allo stesso tempo super tranquillo. Le camere, anche se un po' piccole, sono moderne e pulite. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la lounge e il servizio di tè e caffè incluso nel prezzo, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff e in particolare a Ranga Silva che ci ha fatto sentire accolte e a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. È stato super attento e disponibile e ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

  I find the Hubs in the heat of summer the best by far. The air conditioning was powerful and quiet, the pitch black as no window was worth its weight in gold for a great nights sleep. Third stay here, my go to for this part of London, superb location with coffee, food and tube close by.

  Location is fantastic. Rooms are small but functional and well thought out but very stuffy. Front desk staff were poorly trained and not welcoming at all. Insisted on our booking reference number - seriously! Never have I been asked this before. After showing ID, confirming my name and the fact that I've shown up on the day that matches their reservation on the laptop isn't enough? I've had far better service in a hostel. The elevator suddenly dropped a few inches and made a bang. It wouldn't open on the floor, eventually it went to the lobby level and the doors opened. I went to report to someone - but nobody around after waiting a while. Only used the stairs after this.

  Ranga is the best staff member. Always looking after the guests above and beyond. He made the whole stay as comfortable and seemless as it could be. I asked for bottled water on 2 occasions and for some reason the response I got from the 2 women I asked was like I was asking for the world. They didn’t even want to offer it or look to see if they had any, which if that’s the case then just say no, but huffing and puffing in front of a guest was such a let down. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay regardless of them.
