  Hotel is the middle of bustling Spitalfields, the market is just a few minutes walk from market, shops and underground’s. The hotel offers free tea and coffee. Staff were friendly. Came back with food and attempted to settle in for the night, even with the air conditioning as low as it would go, the room was uncomfortably hot. Went to watch the TV but it didn’t work, was already ready for bed so the thought of getting dressed and going back downstairs wasn’t appealing. Great location not a great stay.

  Really can't complain about this place. It was very comfy, clean, and the rooms are high tech. I stayed in a budget double and there enough space for me easily. The bed was comfy and the shower facilities were pretty decent. The only thing I will say is, you can't open the window to let fresh air in, but there is AC

  Wir waren 10 Nächte in dem Hub und unsere Erlebnisse damit waren sowohl positiv als auch negativ. Vielleicht erstmal ein paar neutrale Punkte vorweg, die zur Information wichtig sind, für die aber weder Personal noch das Hub an sich etwas können: - Die Bricklane ist tagsüber eine sehr belebte Straße. Nachts sieht sie dann aber doch eher heruntergekommen aus und lädt nicht unbedingt zu Spaziergängen ein. Eines abends kam uns bspw. ein Mann mit einer Sturmmaske entgegen... - Die Toiletten besitzen keine Klobürsten. Anscheinend üblich in Hotels in UK und wird damit gerechtfertigt, dass jeden Tag der Room Service rein kann. Wir fanden es ekelhaft und ungewohnt und wollten auch nicht jeden Tag den Room Service bei uns haben. - Wir hatten über Booking gebucht und hatten keine Möglichkeit, die Zimmergröße zu wählen. Uns wurde das "passende" Zimmer für 2 Personen gegeben. Das war allerdings zu klein. Ein schmaler Gang und kaum Verstaumöglichkeiten. Man musste zu zweit wirklich aufpassen, dass man sich nicht auf die Füße tritt. Also ab 2 Personen definitiv das "große" Zimmer wählen. Positiv: - Freundliches Personal, dass immer und überall nachfragt. - Kaffee, Wasser und heißes Wasser für Tee jederzeit im Foyer kostenlos zugänglich. -Abends sehr ruhig. Negativ: - Das Frühstück ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt keinerlei herzhaften Belag und kein Gemüse (Am Wochenende gibt es lediglich Eier). Unter der Woche gibt es nur Süßes. Wenn es frisches Obst gibt, ist es oftmals zeitig alle, ansonsten gibt es aufgetaute Tiefkühlkost. Unter der Woche gab es auch Tage an denen es nicht mal mehr Butter gab. - Das Zimmerfenster lässt sich zum Lüften nicht öffnen, allerdings gibt es eine Lüftung. Wenn man die Jalousie hochzieht schaut man auf den Innenhof und den benachbarten Komplex. -Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur schwer öffnen und man hatte jedes mal das Gefühl, dass man halb einbrechen musste um reinzukommen. - Das Highlight des Urlaubs war aber eigentlich die Klimaanlage. Diese hat in allen Formen und Varianten Töne von sich gegeben und hatte anscheinend auch Probleme mit Kondenswasser. Nach ca.10 min fing es aus der benachbarten Revisionsklappe immer an zu tropfen. Das war in Kombination mit der Teppichware auf dem Boden besonders eklig, da sich diese dann einfach vollgesaugt hat. Wir haben immer eine Flasche untergestellt und diese dann ausgeschüttet, wenn sie voll war. Da an den Wänden überall Spuren von Nässe/Schimmel war (siehe Bild), hatte man auch nicht den Eindruck, dass das das erste Mal vorgekommen ist. Da wir nur zum Übernachten ins Hub gekommen sind und in den Rezensionen gelesen haben, dass in manchen Zimmern die Klima komplett ausgefallen war, hatten wir nicht nach einem "besseren" Zimmer gefragt und es so hingenommen. Alles in allem sehr durchwachsen, aber dennoch 3 Sterne, da es für Londoner Verhältnisse günstig war.

  My girlfriend and I stayed here after we booked a different hotel and had a bit of nightmare there. The difference was stark. The staff in The Hub Spitalfields were incredibly accommodating, and just so friendly and welcoming. We stayed the night of the 1st August and checked out on the 2nd, and whatever staff were working for those days I’d just like to thank for being so good to us. The rooms themselves are perfect. Simple with loads of storage, super clean with a lovely shower. The location is brilliant. Surrounded by tons of amazing restaurants, cafés, pubs as well as great vintage shops. Feels like all of London’s great cultures rolled into one street. We’ll definitely be back!

  I have been travelling to London very regularly for work for many years, and I almost always stay at Hub by Premier Inn Brick Lane. It has become my go-to hotel whenever I am in London. The location is excellent, in a lively neighbourhood that is bustling day and night, and within easy reach of several Underground lines, including a direct connection to St Pancras International. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel is remarkably well soundproofed, so you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Beyond the location and the facilities, one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the warm and welcoming staff. They are always friendly and helpful, and I would particularly like to mention Tanvir, who is exceptionally professional and genuinely kind. He is always smiling, attentive and willing to help, which makes a real difference when you are travelling regularly. If there is one thing I would improve, it would be the breakfast. The selection never really changes and some of the products feel quite industrial. As a French person, I have to admit that I am particularly sensitive when it comes to the quality of pastries! 😊 However, this is more a feature of the chain than of this particular hotel. And at £7 for breakfast, you cannot really expect everything to be homemade. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly continue to stay here on my future trips to London. A great location, comfortable rooms and, above all, wonderful staff. Emilie
