  Premier Inn have really cracked short stays with their hub locations. We'd done the online check-in where you can now use your phone as your key. Just note that if you do this your booking may disappear if you also check-in at the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar was pretty good. We had the breakfast which set us up for the day. If you're staying to go to any of the local nightlife then it's ideally located.

  Nice little hotel I've stayed in plenty of hub and standard Premier inns over the past few years, the hotel was very clean and room was very good particularly the AC which was much needed, the area is a little bit ropey at night, decent central location staff were very friendly and helpful

  I booked for one night here. Two rooms. One for myself and wife and the other for my son. My sons room was pretty good. Air con and window in room 105 was as expected, however our room was 110 with no air con during the July heatwave. Initially the lady on the desk wanted to check it herself then changed her mind and said I'll give you a different room 119. Air con was working but very poor air flow almost zero breeze and was big hassle to get a fan ....which we did eventually get... 119 has no window and was very hot, even with the fan going max. TV kept blocking on certain channels. My wife hates polyester sheets and complained to me constantly about itchy sheets. There was a red mark on the bed sheet and we asked for extra pillows and we had to ourselves put the pillows into the pillowcases. Then we noticed stains on the pillows. The minimum temperature is 19c during the heatwave this isn't low enough. Few toiletries hairdryer and hangers, and no glasses for a drink. Location was good, and the hotel is quiet despite the central location. This was best thing about the hotel. Overall 2 stars

  Wir hatten das Hotel für drei Nächte Ende Juli 2026 für unseren London Aufenthalt gebucht. Uns ist eine zentrale Lage im Theater District sehr wichtig. Diese hervorragende Lage ist auch der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels. Dafür 5/5 Sterne. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Im Badezimmer war der Ablauf des Handwaschbecken verstopft. Die Dusche in den Fugen Schimmel und generell im Hotel eher wenig sauber. Auf meine Reklamation vor Ort hat der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich reagiert. Leider ist nur überhaupt nichts passiert. Auch die von mir gewünschte Zimmerreinigung ist über den gesamten Aufenthalt hin nicht erfolgt. Als wir abends in der Bar noch einen Absacker trinken wollten, war weit und breit kein Mitarbeiter zu finden. Auch die freundliche Kollegin am Empfang konnte uns leider nicht weiterhelfen. Deshalb kann ich keine Empfehlung für das Hotel aussprechen. Bei unserem nächsten London Aufenthalt werden wir etwas mehr Geld investieren und ein anderes Hotel wählen.

  The room was large enough and had a multi purpose bathroom with guard rails and all. Just that is had a weird sliding door that was highly inefficient. But the overall setup of the rooms was just awesome. This is a self check-in space and is quite the walk from the station from the airport. We were carrying quite heavy suitcases that really was drag. The self check-in may be a bit difficult to get around for foreigners like us but overall the staff got us in and things turned out quite well. Its hard to get cabs around here depending on the time of visit or exit. However, I would still recommend this place for short visits as the price seemed reasonable for the space and the location which is a pin in the heart of SOHO. They have a basement that has some room to sit but everything is charged separately and was empty around the time we were there. A comfortable hotel and space overall.
