I instantly knew I had made a mistake by booking here when I got hit with the smell of mildew when entering the hotel. We really didn’t plan to be in our room much, as we were jam packing our days with sightseeing from dawn to dusk. However, our shower had black mold in it, our sink wouldn’t drain, our bedsheets had stains, and our blinds wouldn’t open. I wanted to get some air flow going and the window wouldn’t open either. Truly gross! Room smelled like mold. We held out because we knew it was only going to be 2 nights. Never again!!!! We’ve happily switched to another hotel in the area.

For the price you couldn't ask for more, the accessible room in particular was outstanding compared to nearby zedwell which charge the same for an empty room with no lighting, furniture (other than a bed) or anything, premier inn gave us a spacious room, comfy bed, good facilities and nice extras like a tv and unlimited coffee/tea. Only note is the large kerb outside which lacked dropped kerbs, so is a hassle in a wheelchair though the hotel has requested the council implement one
