Stayed here on 6th of August for a couple of shows. I dropped my bag just after midday (saved having to lug it around London all day). Bag drop off was handled very efficiently (where you take a photo of them holding your bag). Got back to the hotel just after 10pm to check into my hotel, to find the room in the basement, I asked if I could change rooms, and was told there was nothing they could (I had managed to do this at another Hub before). But to the hotels credit the basement window had a light in that meant if it wasn't drawn fully you weren't in complete darkness. The biggest surprise of this stay was the breakfast, they had more options than stated on the menu online (hash browns and fried eggs). It made the breakfast feel like a little bit elevated compared to other hubs I've stayed in.

Once again we chose this great hotel. We were once again warmly greeted by Richard and he and the team made our 9 nights here another great stay. Our (bigger) room was fab, air con worked perfectly throughout the heatwave. The lounge area was so nice to spend an hour in at the end of a busy day. Richard always had time for us , asking what we’d been up to and making us feel valued with his great sense of humour. He’s a credit to the company - he even cooked a fantastic breakfast one day - and checked that we enjoyed it.
We look forward to returning to this lovely hotel - our first choice when in London.
