- JBJ BAug 27, 20261.0Staff are polite and helpful and the rooms are pleasant and clean. But don’t stay here if you want to sleep- which is the main objective of a hotel. There’s a bizarre random thumping noise that comes from somewhere in the building or the main air con. It’s not rhythmical or even constant or steady. It’s randomly timed and just infuriating. If I could find what it was, I would find it and smash the 🤬 out of it. It’s so irritating, I almost just left in the middle of the night.

Check-in was a bit of a mess and a staff member walked in on me right after I checked in despite a bolted door & do-not disturb on the door which was a bit awkward. Breakfast was well done at the adjacent Premier Inn.
- CHCody HillAug 23, 20265.0I'm very very happy with this hotel. First off, our room was ready 2 hours before check in. Room is very clean. Lots of storage throughout. E.g can put suitcase under bed. Shower is of high quality. Great water pressure and clean. A/C is also of high quality! Carpet is very clean, which is normally hard to find in a hotel. Cleaning team deserve great praise! Coffee machine downstairs is free to use. Very good coffee. Opposite train station. I couldn't rate this hotel enough.

- PLPet LambAug 18, 20263.0They tried to extort £15 from me for arriving 25 minutes early, rather than letting me into my hotel room. I have a call at 3pm-5pm. I’m obviously not paying £15 for 25 minutes of room use. Now I’m trapped in reception until 5pm on calls with my laptop battery dying. As a hotel for business people, this seems like really poor practice. As a frequent traveller, I won’t be booking a hub again in a hurry.
