  I had quite a pleasant stay with a room overlooking the junction, was surprised how quiet it was. Small, but you get what you pay for with a hub. Only criticism is that my bed wasn't made/fresh towels laid out which was a let down. Good location otherwise.

  We stayed here in the summer and were pleasantly surprised by what a decent, stylish and well-situated hotel it was. The breakfast buffet was very good and we slept well as it was quiet and our bed was comfortable. The room was small and our hairdryer didn't work (same with another guest we met) but we didn't mind. My only feedback is that we would have appreciated more counter space in the bathroom and some breakfast staff that were a bit more hospitable. But otherwise, it was a great stay.

  The position of the hotel is very good for connections to buses, trains, subway and access to stores and restaurants. I liked the comfortable big bed, the bathroom and the view from 8th floor and the included breakfast. Nothing negative to say about the cleanliness (sheets, towels, bathroom and room overall and common spaces). The breakfast and the coffee were good (the coffee is free for the guests ouside of breakfast hours - I really enjoyed that!) The staff was efficient and polite. I had a lovely stay overall for 2 nights.

  Bon emplacement chambre optimisé gare de Marylebone à 5 min à pied et Edgware Road à 2/3 min. Avec M&S pour pouvoir manger. King cross à 3 stations pleins de choses sont à côté. Seul bémol un truc à brûlé le dernier jour c’est pas limite le personnel m’embrouille alors que aucun détecteur ne s’est déclenché et ça senti le brûlé pendant 1h horrible à respirer.

  The location is good, and the complimentary coffee and water are nice touches. However, none of this makes up for a very basic and serious comfort issue. The air conditioning does not work, and the windows cannot be opened. There is no way to get fresh air into the room, and the room becomes extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Under these conditions, getting a decent and comfortable night’s sleep is almost impossible. The most basic expectation from a hotel is to provide its guests with a comfortable place to sleep. If the air conditioning is not working, at the very least, the windows should be able to open. When neither option is available, the other complimentary amenities become almost meaningless. Honestly, I do not consider this level of accommodation acceptable. Basic comfort should be a standard, not an extra. This issue can cause serious discomfort, particularly during warm weather.
