  Checking in was quick and easy and staff were nice. The room was clean, modern and although it was obviously smaller than a standard hotel room, I found the layout of the room better than other hotels I stayed in as the bed is on one side and there’s lots of room to walk and put your things down on the other side.

  Extremely rude staff, Georgey or Gregory (Black guy). The whole reception watched him shouting and threatening. Unbelievable and I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

  Very nice economy hotel that we stayed at for a week. Location is perfect - very short walk to several tube lines. Room was small and without any windows, which was expected. The only negative was that the hair dryer had a short cord so couldn't reach the mirror. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection.

  Had a great 4 night stay here for our first time to London. It was a good location a bit out of the more central areas making it a better price. If you don’t mind walking you can get around to many attractions on foot. We only used the tube for getting in and out of the city. The staff was really friendly and the lounge/bar is very nice. Also had great AC -we were there during a brutal heatwave. I’d stay here again for sure!

  I must say the staff were lovely, helpful, very professional. I loved the room and its functionality, fab for 1 person, 2 a little cosy. I travelled on my own. Bed very comfy though quilt far too warm for this season- I turned temp to 19, its lowest and turned fan off to try and stop noise so did get hot and therefore didn't sleep well. I thought the noise level other guests was one of the best I've experienced and no noise from roads (being windowless helped!) or lifts so big thumbs up here. There was still rubbish in the bin, newspaper from 2 days before! Otherwise all good, and shower great. At breakfast I passed 2 tables with crumbs on and on the third I swept them up myself because that's where I wanted to sit- it took 15 mins before someone cleaned the other 2. There was a hair in the yoghurt and the porridge was so watery and very unappealing. Toast and spreads good. I fed most of this back to management and she was very apologetic and professional. Just a few minutes walk to tube and then 20 minutes to my venue.
