hub by Premier Inn London King's Cross Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are new, clean and thoughtfully designed. They are small but many rooms in London are small unless you willing to pay and arm and a leg. hub combined affordability with great design. I love the free 24-hour hot beverages in their restaurant which allows you to sit there anytime. I had everything I needed in my room, including a window view of nearby King Cross station. A special shoutout to Rita who received me professionally with a cheery smile at reception, and Pato who took care of my luggage when I arrived early and kept the buffet breakfast operating smoothly. A great place to stay!

We have stayed at this hub at King's Cross several times as it is perfectly located with lots of things to do within a 5 minute walk. Most recently we stayed for 4 nights during the June Heatwave of 2026, and unfortunately the air conditioning wasnt working. Luckily, the hub by Premier Inn at King's Cross had the presence of mind to have Rita on the team. She was and is so very helpful, kind and a genuine, beautiful person, inside and out. She really went above and beyond and we are so grateful to her for getting us through the week by providing us with a tower fan, ice and bottled water as well as a free breakfast for the inconvenience, which she didn't have to do. Thank you, Rita, for all you do, you are so appreciated xxx
Stayed here for a night. It's a really nice hotel, super friendly staff. Standard room is small but very clean and modern. We really liked it here. Breakfast is 8 £. Eggs, sausages, bacon, hashbrowns, Porridge, Yogurt, Fruits, water and juice. A good enough selection. Tea and coffee are complimentary 24/7 which is a nice way of appreciating your guests.
We'd definitely stay here again. thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Rita.
When we experienced an issue with our original room, Rita handled the situation quickly and professionally, arranging for us to move to a different room with no hassle.
She also arranged a complimentary breakfast for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion feel extra special.
Rita’s excellent customer service, attention to detail, attentiveness, professionalism and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. We’re very grateful for everything she did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Rita! 🫶

The location is perfect, very close to King’s Cross station, which makes getting around London extremely easy. The area is also safe and quiet.
The breakfast was excellent in every way. It offers everything an adult would need for a complete meal, always fresh and well prepared. It was also very nice being able to see the kitchen staff cooking while serving yourself, and one of the kitchen employees was especially polite and friendly throughout breakfast service.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Pato for all the care, kindness, and attention during our stay.
However, we experienced two very serious problems during our stay.
The first issue was that the presence sensor in room 2062 was not working properly, causing all the electricity in the room, lights, power outlets, and air conditioning, to shut off even while we were inside. I had to go to the reception four times trying to solve the issue.
Unfortunately, during the last interaction, I was treated extremely poorly by the receptionist on duty (I believe her name was Yasmin). We were both already stressed because of the ongoing situation, but instead of trying to help, she told me things like: “Find another hotel”, “I don’t have available rooms”, and “I can’t solve your problem,” among other inappropriate comments.
Sadly, this turned what could have been a perfect trip into a very stressful experience. We chose to remain at the hotel only because we no longer had the financial conditions or the time to completely reorganize our trip plans.
Other staff members later apologized for the incident, but the employee involved never approached us to apologize or try to correct her extremely unprofessional behavior.
