Its location in the theatre district and wheel chair access were also strong points in its favour for just the one night. It was across the road from London Coliseum and the show Kinky Boots that we’d come to see. The show was brilliant. The staff we encountered at the hub were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the iron and board we requested arrived almost immediately. However, our room was shabby, the toilet bowl was stained, the wet-room floor drain badly cracked with a poor repair, and other areas showed signs of poor repairs, no plug in the sink and the spray from the tap would soak you if opened up too far. Sadly, the aircon for this small room was pitiful, we’d been better off leaving our door open as the hallway was far cooler. The switching gear for lights etc was effective and easy to understand and use. Continental breakfast is not our cup of tea but if you can’t find somewhere near by you’re not trying. We went to Neals Yard which if you go early is a delightful location and had a lovely cafe in the courtyard called 26 Grains, it’s very nice and in this heat perfect for sitting and watching the world go by while enjoying the delicious offerings

This is a 'pod' room hotel that manages to combine a small space with some clever ergonomics to deliver a comfortable, clean and efficient room. The bed is comfortable for one, although it maybe a little intimate (i.e. cramped) for two; but it is hard to find any substantial fault, particularly as the location is incredibly convenient for London's theatre-land. Recommended, on the proviso that you understand what you're getting - it's not The Savoy.

Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Location is excellent. Unfortunately we stayed here during the recent heatwave and discovered the AC barely worked at all as it was so clogged up. It took hours to cool down our closet-sized room… only to come back in the evening time to discover that the AC shuts off automatically when you’re not in the room. There are no openable windows or fans to use either. At over $300 per night we were very unhappy.

The rooms are small but very functional. Bathrooms are reasonable sized and have a modern aesthetic. The main room can feel stripped down since there is mainly a bed but one has wall hangers and a comfortable bed. Proce commensurates with the small Size and is a great option for someone wanting to stay in a good Location ( this was excellent) but balking at the very expensive rooms during the peak Jun travel months that might get one better trimmings. Service was warm and friendly .

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, with major attractions like Big Ben and Trafalgar Square just a short walk away. Citybus and Tube are just a walk away. The staff were very cooperative and welcoming, ensuring a smooth stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The street ambiance around the hotel added to the charm, making it a delightful base for exploring London. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and great service.
