  My husband and I visited London for the first time & a friend suggested HUB Covent Garden. Amazing experience. Great team staffing—really enjoyed interacting with Zara, Dean, and others. Beds were very comfortable, showers hot, location was incredible—near museums, transport, and great restaurants.

  I stayed here for a week and hospitality is very good, the breakfast and rooms are clean and good with hot water and staff is so friendly and well mannered

  A great location for Trafalgar square, Leicester Square and west end theatres. Some of the staff seemed miserable and the breakfast continental selection wasn't brilliant but adequate. Nearest tube station only 5 mins walk and 4 stops from Euston.

  The location is fantastic, and the staff are so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely visit again. The breakfast bar is minimal but okay. The best part is that they have tea and a coffee bar available all day in the ground-floor lounge.

  Very poor and unprofessional front-desk service I want to clarify that we were not staying at the hotel. We came to this property on Sunday 27 September at around 12:45 pm because it operates as a Stasher luggage-storage location. When we arrived, the blonde woman working alone at reception was assisting another woman. We waited and once we were able to speak to her, explained that we wanted to leave our luggage. She asked whether we already had a reservation. When we said no, she simply pointed us towards a QR code. We immediately took out our phones and politely asked for some help with the booking process, as we did not even know which Stasher location we were supposed to select. Instead of explaining it, she responded in a rude, impatient and dismissive manner, simply telling us that we had to “select the things”, without actually explaining what we were supposed to select or how to proceed. We asked for assistance more than once because we were clearly struggling with the process. Rather than providing a few minutes of basic guidance, she repeatedly left us without an answer and turned her attention to other people arriving at reception. I even tried to find another member of staff who might be able to help us, but nobody else was available. Her manner throughout the interaction was condescending, unfriendly and completely unhelpful. She also appeared noticeably untidy and poorly presented, which gave a very unprofessional first impression for someone working in a front-desk role. Eventually, after repeatedly trying to obtain some basic assistance, we became so frustrated that we gave up and left with our luggage without completing the booking. I appreciate that this is primarily a hotel reception and that hotel guests may possibly be given priority. However, if the hotel chooses to operate as an official Stasher luggage-storage location, it should also be able to guarantee an adequate standard of service to the customers being directed there for that purpose. If hotel duties make it impossible for reception staff to provide even basic assistance to Stasher customers, then the hotel should reconsider offering the service, rather than accepting customers for a service it cannot properly support. We were simply asking for a few minutes of guidance in order to use a service officially hosted at the property. Courtesy, professionalism, helpfulness and a presentable appearance should be minimum standards at a reception desk. A very disappointing experience.
