  By high margin the lowest quality 3 star hotel I experienced. Rooms are at the length of the bed, looking like a capsule and there is no space to move. Most disgusting and unhealthy breakfast I ever had: only ultra processed indigestible ham and fluid powder-based eggs - literally nothing more (e.g. no cheese, greens, turkey/chicken, fish)

  As I live close by , I ve not stayed at the Hub. But friends and relatives have ,and have praised it's rooms ,staff etc . I have on many occasions had breakfast here as a walk in . I must say the staff are great and the breakfast variety is amazing . The cooked food is delicious 😋🤤 as is all they're food food offering s . I will most certainly come again for breakfast . Many more times .

  Stayed for two weeks. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, safe and close to restaurants. The key disappoint was the level of cleaning. Quite disappointing and my sheets were never changed during my stay, even when I had specifically requested them to be changed. The cleaners never bothered to even clean the shower and soem times didn't empty my trash.

  I knew the hub rooms were small, air conditioned and had the comfortable bed Premier Inn pride themselves on. The standard of the room was imaculate. There is a false window but plenty of space for one, possibly a bit tight for two unless very close relations! I checked the fire escapes, as I was taught to do by a hospital Fire Officer, the stairs are each end of the corridor. Staff were on the ball, especially manageress Gemma. Breakfast good. Dinner had Pizza or curry, not suited to me taste, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

  We arrived early but they were able to store our bags free of charge and provided us with water bottles (also free of charge), giving us the freedom to explore the city for a couple of hours before check-in. The hotel is very nice on the inside, with an atmospheric lounge, clean breakfast area, and bar (the drink deals were solid). The rooms were small, but had everything we needed, were comfortable, and clean. We dealt with a staff member frequently whose name was Jemma. Her service was outstanding and she made our stay a pleasure! The hotel was also in close range to several cafes and pubs, making the location a very convenient base. Overall, if I return to London in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.
