- DGDave GreenOct 4, 20265.0Great hotel in Clerkenwell - an underrated area in East London. Close to Farringdon Tube Station, so transport is easy. Lively area of bars and cafes close by, but rooms are super quiet. Reasonably priced breakfast available too. Would recommend the 'Hub' if visiting London.

The staff was super friendly . Also the clerkenwell area is a great spot - lots of nice of food places around and good bus and tube connections to all the main spots in London

It was a cute little room with everything I needed for a short stay. Huge thank you to the lovely chap on the bar who gifted me a complimentary chocolate bar when I’d asked if I could buy some chocolate with my soft drink. I think he spotted a weary traveller who just wanted to chill in her room with a choccy bar after a long day - you’re a lifesaver! ☺️

The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable, and the location is great for exploring London. A special thank you to Muhammad, Praij and Lippy for being so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They really made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again when visiting London!
- RBRob BoheeSep 17, 20261.0Stayed for one night in September and the room was far too hot. The air conditioning was set to 19°C, but the room was clearly nowhere near that and felt more like 23°C. The windows don’t open either, so there was no way to cool the room naturally. The overnight temperature outside was around 15°C, which makes it even more ridiculous that the room couldn’t be kept at a comfortable temperature. I had the worst night’s sleep I’ve had in years. The room itself was otherwise fine, but ineffective air conditioning in a small sealed room is a major problem and completely undermines the purpose of staying in a hotel. I would never stay in a hub by Premier Inn again, and after this experience I’d be wary of booking a standard Premier Inn too.
