- LBLisa BrownJun 18, 20262.0I really want to like this place. The staff would often be absent, hiding in a back room somewhere. However, when we did have interactions with them, they were very nice. The rooms were tiny as expected. We had three rooms here for our group, so our experiences were difference but they were all meh. Overall the place needs to be cleaned. I mean vacuum the carpet! The elevator room off the lobby smelled of urine and haven’t been vacuumed in months. Our room carpet was grimy and stained. One room had no water pressure, one room’s air conditioning was dying. The location is decent so that was a plus.

Comodo anche a piedi per una bella passeggiata lungo il Tamigi, in pochissimo si è al London Eye e in centro. Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche la colazione, la pulizia e la struttura della camera. Si dorme bene, è tranquillo e le camere sono buie a sufficienza

Sehr nettes Personal. Bequeme Betten. Nachts auch schön ruhig alles im und um dem Hotel. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Teppich. Der ust fleckig und dadurch nicht schön anzusehen. Aus hygienischen Gründen wäre dann eher ein wischbarer Boden sinnvoll.
