- LSLlen SOct 6, 20265.0I really liked my stay here. The room was clean and nice. The bed was soft and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was pretty quiet at nights. Could definetely recommend it
- ASanna silvaOct 4, 20261.0Unfortunately, our stay has been disappointing. When we arrived, reception was unattended, and we had to wait several minutes before someone appeared. The staff member was helpful once they arrived, but the initial wait did not make a good first impression. The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of shops nearby, although it is a little removed from the busiest part of Camden Market. The surrounding area feels mixed, with visible homelessness, and I personally felt a little uneasy in parts of it. The main issue, however, was cleanliness. The room did not feel thoroughly cleaned on arrival, and we found a hair behind the sink. The pillows and pillowcases had a very unpleasant, musty smell, as though they had not dried properly, and the pillowcases did not seem clean. This made the bedding uncomfortable to use. Both housekeeping and the cleanliness and freshness of the bedding need significant improvement.
- HLH LCSep 29, 20264.0Nice little hotel in a very good location. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was nice with good options. Only downside is not having a kettle in the room, you have to go down to the breakfast/bar area for complimentary tea and coffee. Otherwise everything else was great.

- IAItzel A AvilesAug 29, 20265.0The service, breakfast, and staff were absolutely outstanding. This has been the best hotel stay I’ve ever had in London. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, and they truly made us feel special throughout our stay. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable; we can’t wait to come back!
