- HTHarry TalbotAug 7, 20261.0No hooks or places to leave towels after you've used them. Unexpectedly heavy bathroom door with a broken soft close, leaving me with a very badly bruised finger. No privacy in the bathroom due to the privacy glass stopping ~1.5m up the walls. Staff are friendly, location is good, rooms are terrible if you're the type of person to wash your hands after using the toilet.
- EDEdwin De-RozarieuxJul 19, 20265.0A well-positioned and quiet hotel with great service. I stayed here for two nights with my parents, and we all enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided. Among these were the controllable air conditioning (although it didn't go below 19°, which was a bit odd) and light levels, complementary coffee pods and mini fridge, and the luggage keeping service where even after you check out they will hold your bags for you until you get back. Breakfast was also good, although slightly limited in hot options. I especially want to shout out Yuliia/Iuliia, who was very cheerful and helpful - she really brought our stay from a good one to a great one. However, if you are booking here, I would recommend paying for a larger room - it seems like a waste, but the larger rooms are really the size of standard hotel rooms, and the regular rooms are tiny. There are also no baths in any of the rooms, which isn't a huge issue but is unfortunate when one wants to take a nice birthday bath. Overall, though, this is a very good hotel: comfortable, quiet, and the staff are very attentive. It also has the benefit of being the nearest hotel to London Zoo, which is why we chose it. I would recommend.
