  We stay almost exclusively with IHG properties when traveling. Rooms are comfortable, rates are worth it.

  Fantastic stylish hotel in a prime location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bar was quiet but nice.

  I hope you don’t need water in your hotel room because if you do, I don’t recommend this hotel. They shut my water off for a day without warning so I couldn’t flush the toilet, take a shower or brush my teeth. I had meetings with customers all day so that was quite the experience. I called the front desk 4 times with no answer and when I finally went downstairs, the GM told me it shouldn’t be turned off and be patient. Too bad I had meetings all day and couldn’t wait around for them to turn it back on. The best part is, the GM offered me points instead of any amount of reimbursement as compensation because having water is apparently a luxury that we don’t pay for at the lovely Indigo Hotel London Tower. Oh and btw, I have diamond elite status and still got that treatment. TLDR - don’t stay here if water is something you expect in a hotel

  Consistently excellent! I'm spending another great bank holiday weekend at Hotel Indigo Tower Hill, and it remains my absolute go-to. Huge thanks to Melany (Reception) and Natty (Front Office Manager) for an exceptionally warm and informative welcome. Their standout service truly elevates the entire experience and ensured everything was perfect from the start. Highly recommended.

  Very clean,helpful and polite staff, breakfast was decent. The new bartender in training confidently made my cocktail exactly to my liking. The night receptionist helped me enter the building and into the lift as I went on a night out and returned pretty drunk, they were so nice and wasn’t judging. They were accommodating and made me feel safe as I was travelling solo. There’s a nice bar/ modern pub across the road and sushi restaurant serving till 2am. Local corner shop and train station 10 min walk away. Bus stop right across the road that takes you to Soho in 15/ 20 mins. And the uber back from Soho at 2am was £23 (not tooo bad!).
