  There is no hot water. Also the tv doesn't work. Even if there was hot water, the shower is icky looking. The staff is doing their best, they are trying very hard to be accommodating, and are very nice, but this hotel is way too expensive for what it is.

  My second stay here and it was nice to be upgraded to a premium room due to my Diamond elite status. You can see q full video tour attached to this review. Staff at breakfast, check in and check out were all friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Aldgate station as well as numerous others so you don't really need to worry about transport links. Some good pubs, bars and restaurants nearby too. Aside the shower heads needing a bit of clean due to limescale build up and the curtain letting in a bit of light (room 406), the room itself is a good size. I love that breakfast is served until midday - although I had it at 9:30am I wish more hotels offered this option. However, I do find it a bit odd that standard check out is at 11 but you can get breakfast until 12 noon on a weekend! I had late checkout anyway but that is something I felt was a bit of an odd policy personally. I would stay again should the opportunity present itself!

  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Right in the Center of London, warm staff, big rooms, good breakfast, lots of food options around and they give you Gym passes to a proper gym around the corner.

  Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, allerdings nur drei Sterne, weil einfach sehr teuer und dafür war das Mobiliar zu billig, keine Toilettenartikel, rostige Seifenablage und etwas muffiger Geruch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist super. Würde allerdings wegen des letztlich dann doch zu hohen Preises nicht mehr wiederkommen.
