Room was smaller than expected, but clean and quiet. Front Desk staff, Shah and Gabriel, were extremely helpful and responsive. Location was great. Paddington Station is right up the street so easy access to Heathrow and London transit. Quick walk to Hyde Park.

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo London Paddington. The hotel is comfortable, lovely, and so convenient for public transport. A special thank-you to Shah, who made us feel welcome at check-in, took time to explain our room, and shared helpful tips about the nearby area. His warmth made a lovely first impression. And as someone who loves indigo, staying at Hotel Indigo felt more than a little magical!

Room on the smallish side. However very nicely furnished and a very comfortable bed. Front desk especially Gabriel were so charming and inviting. Appreciated how Gabriel welcomed us upon arrival. 5 star!
