  Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Special shout out to Renee (sorry if we spelt it wrong) at breakfast who took extra good care of us, made us feel welcome and helped me navigate allergies and intolerances. We got a premium king room which was well worth, the ambience was really nice and the bed was comfy. Great stay, thank you!

  I had a lovely stay here with a friend this past weekend! The hotel itself is gorgeous and so are the rooms, the breakfast options were really tasty and filling, and the atmosphere was always warm and welcoming. The highlight however was definitely the fantastic staff, especially Elliot at the front desk who was so kind and helpful whenever I had an issue, got things sorted for me quickly and was a really sweet friendly face to come back to every evening. My friend and I were always happy to see him! I’d definitely recommend this place for stays in London, the tube connection and local shops made all sorts of activities and trips easy and simple!

  Wow - what an amazing hotel! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and excellent service. And then the room...the bed was so comfortable, the decor was clean and modern, I really didn't want to leave! And it was so quiet too. I would highly recommend staying here, I can't fault anything!

  Where do I even begin with this hotel and its amazing staff!?! We walked into an immaculate, modern and vibrant atmosphere. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. My partner and I booked a two-night stay as I was due to have major surgery on the second day of our visit. After my surgery, my partner collected me and pulled up outside the hotel. As I was unable to walk properly, he asked the staff if they had a wheelchair. Unfortunately, they didn’t, but two wonderful members of staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They linked arms with me and carefully supported me all the way to our room and into bed, reassuring me with the kindest and most comforting words along the way. They continued to check in on us throughout our stay, kindly extended our check-out time and even brought us some lovely biscuits. I have to give a special shout-out to Annette, who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her level of professionalism, kindness and compassion was truly unbelievable, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. The room itself was beautiful. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, the decor was gorgeous, the cleanliness was a 10/10 and the shower was perfect! The location is also fantastic. It is only a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre and has plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. All very easily accessible. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this newly renovated hotel. The staff, the service, the room and the overall atmosphere were all exceptional. We will definitely be coming back, especially once the spa is finished and the hotel car park is open! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so much easier and more comfortable.
