I stayed here this week when travelling for work. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spotlessly clean and to top it off the staff are wonderful!
They gave a really friendly welcome upon check in and the staff at breakfast were excellent. There are lots of options for breakfast including made to order omelettes, fruit, smoothies and freshly baked croissants and pastries.
The hotel gym and spa is still being built but I found it great that there are two dedicated rooms with gym equipment to allow guests the ability to exercise.
The rooms are a great size with modern decor inside. The A/C was welcomed during the heatwave! The bathroom had a large walk in shower with great water pressure. The fact that they have ghd hairdriers in the room was another bonus. The design of these rooms has been really well thought out as there are large mirrors, lots of plug sockets and a tea/coffee station has lots of options. I will be back!
My partner and I recently spent three nights at Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd's Bush en route to our summer lodging and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in London and a wonderful place to reset after a long journey from overseas.
The property beautifully combines stylish design, comfort, and genuinely outstanding hospitality and every detail feels thoughtfully considered. Even the lobby flooring matches the color scheme in the bedroom!
What truly set this stay apart was the staff. A huge thank you to Victor, Nathalie, Shaddei, and Virginie, who made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we arrived. Every interaction was warm, professional, and authentic. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well, the hotel was absolutely spotless throughout our stay, and our room was impeccably maintained every day. Every time I use the lobby restrooms there was someone keeping them clean. The soaps and shampoos and lotions they provide smell amazing too and are used throughout the hotel for a consistent scent experience. The bar staff were equally fantastic, creating a friendly atmosphere and delivering excellent service.
The communication was exceptional. The team was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, answering questions quickly and helping with anything we needed. It's a small touch that made a huge difference and made the entire stay feel effortless.
We also have to mention Flock, the hotel's restaurant. The pizza was honestly some of the best we've tasted anywhere in London. Every meal we had was excellent, but the pizza alone is worth a visit. Super easy walk to the tube and buses and the Westfield mall. Yet despite being so well connected, the hotel feels like a calm retreat at the end of the day.
My partner and I pass through London every summer, and after this stay we've found our new home base. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd's Bush for making our stay so easy, I can't wait to return … especially when the spa opens!

I had to stay at this hotel for a work trip and as it was booked by my company I had no expectations walking through the entrance. I had been travelling from Manchester since 5am and all I wanted to do was crash in bed. It was 8:30am when I arrived and I knew it was a cheeky ask to see if my room was ready. Natalie greeted me on the front desk with a beaming smile, she mentioned the hotel was busy but she would try to get my room ready, to my luck it was. Natalie then signed me up for the hotel rewards program and gave me a brilliant welcome overall. My room was beautiful, bed like sitting on a cloud, a nice welcome message for me on my TV, a ghd hair dryer at my disposal and a beautiful tea station. I was able to work from the desk in the room and rested really well that evening. I can only hope to stay here again!

Wir waren drei Tage in London und haben lange für ein passendes Hotel gesucht. Mit unserer Wahl Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd's Bush waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es liegt ein paar Minuten zu Fuss von der Shepherd's Bush Station entfernt und war dadurch sehr gut gelegen um die Stadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden.
Unsere positiven Eindrücke: Freundliches, kompetentes Personal, gute Erreichbarkeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ruhiges Quartier, alles sehr sauber, Zimmer sehr gut und funktionell eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, sehr gute, leise Klimaanlage im Zimmer, neues Hotel, angenehme Atmosphäre, Whatsapp-Chat wurde sehr gut betreut und sofort beantwortet. Als IHG Mitglied konnten wir von einem kostenlosen späteren Checkout profitieren.
Als kleine Verbesserungspotentiale sehen wir: Ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer fehlt. Die Temperatur des Kühlschranks im Zimmer war zu wenig tief und müsste kälter sein.

The hotel staff needs further training, as policies and information were inconsistent throughout our stay.
We booked through the Chase portal and are IHG One Rewards members. Our membership was not showing on the hotel's end and had to be linked upon arrival. More concerning, the front desk receptionist was unfamiliar with IHG One Rewards. We asked about a room upgrade, a membership benefit, and were immediately told the hotel was fully booked. Had we known upgrades were unavailable, we may have booked elsewhere. No effort was made to check whether upgraded rooms would become available during our 6-night stay. The hotel never appeared particularly busy, with available breakfast seating and uncrowded elevators throughout our visit.
A major reason we chose this hotel was the gym. Upon arrival, we discovered it was under renovation and the equipment had been moved into two guest rooms that still contained hotel furniture. This should have been disclosed before booking.
Breakfast was fresh, but the rules seemed to change daily. On our first morning, no one explained how breakfast worked. We ordered multiple entrees and drinks without issue. The next day, we were told guests were limited to one entree and one drink. For the rest of the stay, requests for additional drinks were sometimes allowed and sometimes not.
I ordered Deliveroo twice. The first time, staff accepted the delivery and called my room. The second time, while I was on a work call, staff repeatedly called me and told the driver he could not leave the food with them. I rushed downstairs only to find the driver had already left and the food was sitting there anyway.
One night after midnight, we returned to find the doors locked. A security guard let us in and said guests could not freely enter after a certain hour. When we explained that we had entered after 1 a.m. the previous night without issue, he insisted that was impossible and argued with us. We had time stamps on our photo to prove it.
We were told leftover pizza could be reheated, but when we brought it down, staff changed their minds and refused.
We also used a seating area on our floor to take a work call. A staff member initially said we could not sit there because businesses rent the space for meetings, even though no event was taking place. We were later told it was fine.
The keycard-secured corridor doors on our floor were sometimes activated and sometimes not.
The morning staff were friendly and greeted guests. Evening staff often did not acknowledge guests at all.
After housekeeping serviced our room, the lights stopped working. When we called, staff immediately suggested we had turned off the main switchboard, which we had not. Rather than assuming guest error, it would have been better to explain the issue and acknowledge that housekeeping may have caused it. This happened multiple times.
The air conditioning was also weak. Even set to 16°C (60°F), the room felt much warmer. The iron similarly never seemed to get very hot.
The recent renovations feel more cosmetic than substantive.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near the Tube and a Lidl, both of which we used frequently.
