- NWNatalie Weston6 days ago5.0I stayed at this hotel for 1 night as I was going to a local concert and I can only say good things! The rooms were lovely and spacious with nice modern decor. I also ordered room service which was nice food and convenient as it could be ordered to the door. The hotel was overall a lovely place to stay, with train and tube stations very local, with very welcoming staff that provided us with useful information and were very friendly! Would highly recommend!

I must say that I have been London for so many times, this hotel is the best one, when I checked in today, I cancel the other hotel and decided to stay here for the all holiday time ! I come with my husband this time, he enjoyed the design of the hotel, it is beautiful and everything is perfect, easy to use. The room is very clean. I enjoy the service, all staff and members of the hotel is great, helping me serve everything, the laundry service is nice, only one night you can get your dress. I must say I think the price is suitable and there isn’t be other in the same here can compared with this one! I will choose it again and again!

- FFFaisalAug 8, 20264.0First, the staff were excellent, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The room size was excellent, and cleanliness was outstanding. The hotel's location is also convenient, given the nearby metro station. However, there is one issue that affected us significantly, particularly my mother, who has diabetes and high blood pressure: the false fire alarms. Since we checked in, the alarm has gone off five times — two were scheduled tests, but three were false alarms. One of these false alarms occurred at 8:30 PM, which is when guests are typically settling in for the night. We kindly request that this fire alarm issue be reviewed given its importance to guest safety and comfort.
