The bathroom tiles were so dirty and the mat we were supposed to put on the bath base was disgusting, I didnt want to touch it! Behind the bathroom door had been roughly replastered and just left! Hairs left by the previous occupants on the chipped bathroom floor! The carpets and skirting boards were filthy too! The evidence is in the pics I took! Spoke to the receptionist and mentioned how awful it was and she replied that the superior rooms had been upgraded! Paying £116 per night with no breakfast included and £15 car park fee I felt we were totally ripped off!! We will never stay in a Holiday Inn again after this experience of your Sutton Hotel!
