  I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Sutton, and I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for making our visit so enjoyable. A special thank you to Denise for your warm welcome and outstanding customer service. The check-in process was smooth, professional, and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality created an excellent first impression and set the tone for a fantastic stay. I would also like to thank Rohit, Operations Manager, for his professionalism, friendly approach, and visible leadership throughout the hotel. It was clear that he takes great pride in ensuring guests receive the highest standard of service. A special mention also goes to Yazad, Restaurant Supervisor, who provided exceptional service during breakfast. He was attentive, welcoming, and ensured that every guest was well looked after. The breakfast was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh bloomer bread, which was delicious and of excellent quality. My children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. It was clean, well maintained, and became one of the highlights of our stay. They had a fantastic time, which made our family visit even more enjoyable. I was also very impressed with the parking facilities. The car park was spacious, secure, and convenient, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free. The hotel's location is another great advantage. It is just a short walk from Sutton town centre and only a few minutes' walk from Sutton railway station, providing excellent direct rail links to London Victoria and London Bridge. This made travelling around London very convenient. Overall, you and your team should be extremely proud of the excellent service you provide. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Your commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience made our stay truly memorable, and we would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Inn Sutton to family and friends.   We only stayed one night but it was a pleasant experience. As previous reviews say, you have to pay for parking upon arrival - there was a pay machine near reception. Breakfast was fine. You can ask for extra food like pancakes and gluten free or vegan based products too. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as it was closed from 8 pm onwards but this is an added bonus. Rooms were spacious and can accommodate 4 adults to a room if needed. We got the last room on the floor and there was no disturbance.

  It is not a 4 stars hotel. It is a 2 stars. În Europe this will never be a4 star hotel. Rooms are not so clean, the walls are old painted, no balcony, there was a weird extra door în the room.. The staff was very friendly though.
