- OWOwen Wtoday4.0I find this hotel to be fairly priced and perfectly adequate budget option for a 1-2 night stay in London. It’s situated in a safe and quiet location walkable to many public transportation options. It’s clean, safe, and the staff members are helpful. The building itself is a bit old with low ceiling and poor noise insulation (not uncommon in London). The mattresses aren’t great. The rooms (and bathroom) are Tokyo-tiny. But at this price point, it’s acceptable.

- RBRiam Bin Barek2 days ago1.0Very disappointing stay—despite paying a high rate for two rooms, we were given rooms with non-functioning air conditioning on a very hot night. The hotel already knew about the issue but failed to inform us at check-in, initially offering only a fan with no apology or proper solution. Only after repeated requests and a long wait were we offered alternative rooms the following day. Since our visit to London was short, this ruined a significant part of our trip. We were unable to sleep on our first night because of the heat, and the entire experience reflected poor customer service and irresponsible management. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. A special mention goes to Samantha at the bar—her service was absolutely brilliant! She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and really made our evenings memorable after a long day out. Thank you, Samantha, for the fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Few hundred steps away from Regent park allowed you to go for morning run or stroll. You can also walk to Oxford Street. There are plenty of places to eat. Rooms are aged. Shower is still ancient style in a bath. They are client and air conditioned. Breakfast is usual staple. There is an underground NCP car park.
