We traveled with my niece Akshayaa who is autistic. It was her first trip over on a direct flight and her first time in London. Thank you for making rice for her every single morning and whenever we asked for it. We had peace of mind knowing that she was well taken care of during our stay- 1/10/2026 to 10/10/2026. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room felt very dated: no noise isolation , dust was visible in the corners, and the carpets are in serious need of cleaning or replacement. The bed sheets were dirty, and the bathtub showed heavy wear and tear.

The caulking around the sink had stains. The sink itself has a lot of wear marks. The bathroom door was chipped heavily. The tub handlebar was falling apart. There's probably more issues than I could list. But that was the general vibe of the room. Falling apart, old, dirty. Was heavily disappointed that this is almost 300 USD a night. Location was great. But this is on par with a two-star motel or worse in terms of quality.

The location is stellar, convenient to many things by a short walk and near a tube station for broader access to London. The eating spaces were very nice and I enjoyed the coffee bar most. Excellent service from staff. Would stay here again.
