  Stayed here for work It’s was a real treat Lovely bar and lobby warm and welcoming Polite and professional staff at the front desk got me check in very quickly and efficiently Rooms were very fresh and tidy well kept and clean Although I will say if you do dine at the hotel do get the blade of beef it was recommended to me by a very enthusiastic &helpful man called kabir and he wasn’t wrong It didn’t disappoint! If Iam working in the area i would definitely stay again

  Hotel renovated and reopened in Oct 2026. Excellent 4 night stay. After requesting to change rooms, Aaron Morrison found us the ideal room. He not only offered to help move us, but more importantly, he made sure everything in our new room worked perfectly. Food and beverage staff were kind and attentive, especially Kerrie, Gregorio and Marie M. Thank you to all for a very pleasant stay. Food and beverages were reasonably priced with good variety. I stayed at this property previously between 2008 and 2012 and am glad to see it is still a high quality property. Around the corner is The Plough Pub with city bus 222 service to shopping and the Underground to Heathrow. I highly recommend Holiday Inn M4 J4.

  My day didn’t start well because my super early flight was cancelled and I was rebooked on yet another super early flight the following day (meaning, little sleep and a lot of stress). I was feeling tired amd overwhelmed when I arrived but from the minute I checked in I realised that staying here was definitely going to change things for the better. This is a really, really nice hotel with a very welcoming, attractive lobby and attentive and friendly staff. My room was perfect - super clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed that I wish I had in my house. It was so nice to have a bathtub in the bathroom, not just a shower, too. Lovely to have a tea point in the room and I loved how quiet it was too, though I also enjoyed dining downstairs and the buzz of the lobby. I had a lovely lunch and dinner here - outstanding, delicious food and the portions generous and nicely presented. All the staff were nice and attentive - for example I literally just stepped out to go to reception to ask about setting the alarm clock on telly when I noticed one of the receptionists (or managers, sorry) in the corridor, who, when I mentioned I was on an early flight and was worried I’d oversleep, said that it was no problem for someone to wake me up - it was smooth and polite and all in all it just felt like nothing was too difficult to sort out and everyone was happy to help. On arrival, a very nice receptionist welcomed me warmly and was very efficient, helping me sort out my transport to the airport the following day. A very smiley lady at the reception (I’m sorry I missed her name, but she had a trouser suit and long light brown hair in a ponytail I think) also helped me when my family came to visit, and everyone seemed just happy, friendly, and efficient. The person who made my stay even better was Kabir, with his friendly manner, very smiley face and clearly good knowledge and experience of the place. He made some very good food and drink recommendations and was very efficient, making me and my family, who came to visit, feel welcome and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant. Perhaps having my flight cancelled wasn’t such a bad thing after all (don’t tell my boss I said that). Thank you!

  The hotel has recently been completely renovated, and my wife and I stayed before a flight from Heathrow the next day. Unfortunately I didn't get the person's name who helped us, but he was really friendly and sorted an issue regarding a mistake I had made during the booking regarding parking my car there, which had resulted in an over payment. He said to leave it with him and he would fix the issue and speak to us the next morning. As promised, when we were leaving the next morning, he approached us to confirm that the issue had been fixed, and showed us the revised payment amount. It was such great service. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I'm really happy with everything. I will definitely use this hotel again.

  Well, as always, i don't compare hotels with hotels, i only judge base on what they say they are, If they are a 2 star hotel I’ll judge them on that, same with a 5 star The service shown to me in this hotel was absolutely fantastic, i cant remember his name, began with an “S” and he was from Nigeria… wow, what a guy, give that man a raise I had a room with no ac, that was sorted with a matter of mins The hotel is clean, well appointed, and good The breakfast was amazing, and the staff in there were great The 5 year refurb………… The rooms - great The reception/gym - fantastic The bathrooms - awful Some person with more money than me thinks that 1980’s tiling on a refurbished hotel is ok, it’s not, it looks tired, the sinks, look tired, Thats an extremely poor business decision…. Owners being greedy …… again
