  Stayed here as couple on May 29th this year, primarily for a gig at Camden Dingwalls, but it also coincided with our anniversary. We originally booked a premium room, but after check-in we found out the hotel tean had planned a little suprise for our anniversary - our room has been upgraded to a suite free of charge, plus decorated with rose petals, towel swans, personalised congratulations from the team hand painted on the room mirror, plus some additional drinks and snacks in the suite. We were so spoiled and felt so welcomed, the hotel is in the perfect location for gigs in Camden, plus the suite and hotel facilities are exceptional. Huge thanks to Sadaqat, Rasel and Nasif for making our short stay truly memorable, we'll definitely stay with you again and we thank you for your hospitality. You're all great ambassadors for the Holiday Inn brand and the IHG family!

  Great hotel, amazing value and the absolute best front desk staff, led by Rasel during the day and an equally excellent team during the evening. The hotel is clean, upgrades are very comfortable, bar and restaurant onsite, free Wi-Fi, and close to everything fun and delicious in Camden. Wish we could give 10 stars for the Holiday Inn at Camden Lock, thank you for a wonderful visit.

  Das Zimmer war geräumig, bequem, gut ausgestattet und leise. Die Dusche hielt die eingestellte Temperatur ohne zu schwanken. Das Bügelbrett auf dem Zimmer war eine nette Ergänzung der Ausstattung. Der Frühstücksraum im Basement war etwas dunkel, Tageslicht wäre schöner. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ausgestattet, verschiedene Auswahl an Brot, Aufschnitt, Müsli, Früchten und heißen Speisen. Die Qualität machte eine ordentlichen Eindruck. Der Preis für das Frühstück war verhältnismäßig günstig. Dafür ist das Buffet wirklich gut. Der reguläre Zimmerpreis war in den letzten Jahren recht hoch. Daher habe ich einige Jahre andere Hotels gebucht. Dieses Jahr habe ich dich Zufall eine außerordentlich günstiges Angebot gefunden und bin dann gerne zurückgekehrt. Zum regulären Zimmerpreis buche ich aber nicht, daher der eine Stern Abzug.

  Quisiera compartir de manera urgente lo sucedido a la recepción en el hotel para que los clientes que vayan, sobretodo con niños, que se aseguren de la tarifa confirmada a través de la web oficial del hotel. Falta de transparencia en precios y atención al cliente inexistente. "Reservamos para 2 adultos y 2 niños introduciendo las edades exactas (11 y 13 años) en su web, recibiendo un precio final cerrado. Al llegar, nos cobraron £262.50 extra en el datáfono sin desglosar, escudándose en una norma de comidas no informada durante el proceso de reserva de media pensión. Tampoco nos dijeron nada en la llamada de confirmación previa. Para colmo, sus canales de atención telefónica y portal de reclamaciones no funcionan. Una experiencia decepcionante y una gran falta de transparencia con los precios." Por los demás servicios, la estancia ha sido impecable en la atención, en las comidas, en la limpieza, habitación y localización.

  We had a great time staying at this location. We had breakfast included with our stay which was extremely convenient and it was open long enough that we did not have to wake up too early. The location is just steps from all the shops and food that Camden Market has to offer. The room had great air conditioning which allowed us to take a break from the heat. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the entire stay. Dhanu and Mukta were amazing and allowed us an additional hour to checkout (based on availability), so we could properly pack before heading to the airport. Would definitely stay at this location again! Note: There are renovations in progress at the property, so there is some noise. This is identified on the website prior to booking and we were informed at check-in. It did not cause us any issues.
