  Avoid this hotel. From check-in to checkout we were nickel-and-dimed and talked down to at every turn. We booked a family suite for four; three adults and one child. At check-in we were told that because my child is “over twelve” (he is fourteen) we’d have to pay an extra fee for his breakfast. This was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process, as it said “Breakfast Included”. First unpleasant surprise. We were then told that three adults were included in our rate. Fine. But when we went down for breakfast the next morning, the story had changed: now only two were included, citing some “policy” that nobody mentioned at check-in or online when making the booking. So the rules shifted overnight, and we were the ones penalised for their inconsistency. What made it worse was the attitude. Staff repeatedly reminded us that our “category of room” or “class of room” was not “entitled” to this or that, in a thoroughly condescending tone. They were rude, impolite, and clearly have no idea how to speak to paying guests. The breakfast fee is not even the real issue; it’s being misled at booking, given contradictory information day to day, and then looked down on for asking reasonable questions. I will not be returning, and I would urge any family considering this hotel to book elsewhere. Hidden charges and disrespectful staff are not what anyone is paying for.

  We stayed here for two nights as a family of four and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, with enough choices to suit both adults and children. The staff, Aisha and Bibek were responsive and helpful. We also appreciated that the hotel was family-friendly and welcoming to kids, which made travelling with our children easier. Overall it was a good stay.

  We have stayed here many times. Happy to see they’ve upgraded the rooms which was needed. Bright, fresh, modern and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. In a great location.

  Vi hadde et flott opphold på et rom med perfekt utsikt over camden lock. Etter forespørsel fikk vi satt inn et lite kjøleskap på rommet. Hotellet var under oppussing,men vi merket ingenting av støy.Alt personell er veldig serviceinnstilt og hyggelige. Rommet var rent og pent☺️ Kommer gjerne tilbake👌

  Firstly you haven’t paid me back my deposit and it’s been nearly a week….. Quick to charge me this random cost but slow to give back. Also I highly encourage this hotel to put signs up on what floor it is as their lift is dodgy and takes you to the wrong floor. A lot of noise in this hotel at night- do not expect peace and quiet. Had drunk people screaming outside…. Then the toilet made buzzing noises. The staff were novice like and as a young female don’t agree with having an all male staff especially at night. Makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall an overpriced and basic hotel with noisy location! Nearly £200 and no biscuits or decent tea bags in room! Felt more like a 2 star place with basic amenities. No value in price.
