  The room we were assigned had a deep humming coming from somewhere around us, not just that you could hear but you could feel it. They couldn't move us. Toilet constantly running despite me trying to stop it. They gave the 4 of us 3 towels, had to go get another. Only gave us 1 key, had to go get another. Restaurant had no staff for a Saturday night, bartender had to be helping about 25 people before a 2nd person was called in to help. One elevator out of order, had to wait a long time for a big group to use one small elevator. Can't complain much about the location except for the traffic noise. Will avoid next time.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly have nothing negative to say. Everything was great – the hotel is lovely, comfortable, clean, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention two members of staff who made our experience even better. Valeria, who works in the restaurant area, was absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely cares about the guests and their needs. She made sure that every little detail was taken care of and always made us feel welcome. She was also fantastic with our children – so warm, friendly and patient with them, which we really appreciated as a family. We would also like to thank Issac at reception. We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, and although the official check-in time was after 2 PM, he kindly managed to arrange our check-in at around 10 AM. After travelling with two children, being able to access our room so early made a huge difference to us and was greatly appreciated. People like Valeria and Issac can truly make a difference to a hotel stay. Their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help made our experience even more special, and they both deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We would happily come back!

  Sono venuto qui altre volte con gruppi per visitare Londra. Sembra distante ma in realtà ha tutti i collegamenti a portata di mano, sia per Heathrow che per il centro città: Bus, treno e Metro. Il servizio, la pulizia, e l'accoglienza perfetti; la colazione abbondante e completa per le varie necessità alimentari; il personale sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale. Ci ritornerò

  So much to admire about this hotel. Friendly, responsive, clean, great location by lock, easy parking, good value, lots of well thought out details. But PLEASE MANAGERS ask your cleaning team to use less air freshener and carpet freshener which was so overwhelming I had to leave my bedroom window open all night. I have asthma and it made me feel so unwell.
