Olvide una cámara en mi habitación y me indicaron vía telefónica que lo tenían en reguardo en los objetos de Lost&Found. He intentado contactar al staff del hotel en el correo info(a)hibrentfordlock.co.uk para programar la recolección de mi cámara pero nadie me da respuesta, ayuda por favor.
- HAHenry A.Aug 16, 20264.0Das Hotel hat in den Zimmern USB A Anschlüsse, was schon mal prinzipiell gut ist in der heutigen Zeit, aber definitiv veraltet ist. Es wäre wünschenswert diese mal auf USB C umzurüsten bzw. -USB-C zu ergänzen. Auf der Teppichboden in den Zimmern und im Treppenhaus könnte mal gründlich gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden. Das Buffet hatte war klein aber lecker

We arrived late on Friday with our 3 month old daughter and the guy in the front desk, Sweden, was so helpful in making sure we had everything sorted for us. I had my hands full with bags and he came to lift to press it and offered me a trolley. I can never be bothered to leave reviews but Sweden and this hotel deserve one.

As I’m a IHG club member, I used the App and found Brentford Lock, which is incredible. Parking under the hotel was easy, staff, service and attentiveness has been top class. Breakfast in bed and siting on our balcony having a drink have been absolute highlights of our stay. Overall a very relaxed, casual and friendly place to stay. If you get the chance to stay here in one of the balcony rooms, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
- TLtrevor lynchAug 12, 20264.0Spent a couple of beautiful peaceful days in a room overlooking the lock, the staff here work very hard to generate a warm welcoming environment, the location offers tranquility although you must accept it is on the flight path so air traffic to heathrow impacts if you are outside but for me plane spotting was a plus,whilst in the room it was due to quality double glazing very quiet .With a vibrant high street a three minute walk away you will not be short of evening entertainment, I suggest a visit at any time of year.
