  Went for a 2 day course here. Fairly easy to get to from station. Hotel reception is very warm bright and welcoming as are staff. Conference floor on 1st floor is really nice and large space. Snacks provided were nice. Lunch provided in downstairs restaurant area was ok. Not something I would ask to have again though.

  We stayed here for 6 days for our family holiday and we had a wonderfull time! The location made it easy to reach the metro and the main lines for the city The staff was very kind and we enjoyed every moment during our staying The Rooms were cleaned every day very well and the breakfast was full of good things to choose from A special thanks to Nusrat kazi for her kidness😊 We can’t wait to come back!

  Met a friend for a 'catch-up and brunch' when we fancied dessert. Disappointed by the offerings of the brunch restaurant we decided to head out in pursuit of dessert of our quest elsewhere. Unable to find a fanciful treat on the High Street, in a light bulb moment we headed to the Holiday Inn. This is where we met the lovely Ana who served us with excellence. She was attentive and gave great service - an asset to the company. Loved our Warmed Brownie and even accommodated my cheeky ask to swap the vanilla for chocolate ice cream. Then came lovely Caio who poured us tea and made the wonderful service by Ana even more special. Thank you Guys best experience. For only the second time ever please receive with thanks my special Nycollette Award for 2026. Well done!

  Attended a conference for Astra zeneca All the staff were amazing always there to help if needed friendly helpful kind Shout out to Zahika who book me in Ahmed who took my bag Lopez who made sure I was ok and offered to assist me in checking my bag Ozgan who ensured the hotel was well managed and very organised The food was served hot and was delicious My room was lovely and clean plenty of space Loved the little complimentary gifts and the snacks in the fridge I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will 100% be booking in here when I next have a trip to London

  中文（简体） Never never booked this hotel!!! My friend booked a standard room to stay in with his 13-year-old daughter for 9 nights during their trip to London. He had emailed the hotel a month in advance to request two single beds. However, when they arrived to check in tonight — after a flight of nearly twenty hours — the front desk informed him that no twin rooms were available, leaving them with no choice but to squeeze into a single bed! Even though the website clearly shows twin rooms available for booking now, the front desk staff insisted there were none. They made no attempt whatsoever to resolve the customer's issue; in fact, there was hardly any service to speak of. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the front desk manager merely gave a perfunctory "Okay." It was absolutely outrageous and deeply disappointing!
