  From the time we entered the Holiday inn Express hotel, we were greeted, offered cold water, and checked in quickly and professionally. Housekeeping was very friendly, and accommodating with extra coffee. The breakfast staff was absolutely amazing! Cleaning, keeping everything stocked, And the food was so well presented. Couldn't have asked for anything more. A very enjoyable experience for the second time in London. Hotel is very close to all the sites, shopping, and dining.

  This is easily the most cozy Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in! Although the room is on the smaller side, the neighborhood along Bellevue Road is fantastic and has everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Thank you for making my short visit so pleasant!

  Very happy with our room - Air con!!! Breakfast was a great as well. Great location and staff were pleasant. Would recommend!

  Nice hotel, room was a little compact but fully functional, clean, with controllable Aircon. In an old terrane row so a bit of a warren so anyone with mobility issues should be aware. Breakfast starts at 7am which is later than most HIE's but won't affect most. Location is closed to a tube station and central on London. Will likely stay here again in the future.

  This review is long overdue. I was there for several days with a church group back in the June. Catalin and Omar were amazing. They made our stay there wonderful and they deserve to be recognized. Sorry it took me so long to send this review. I am the director of the group that was there.
