Stayed in room 303 during the June 2026 heatwave and the AC was excellent. Friendly helpful staff at check-in and for breakfast. Holiday Inn Express Victoria delivered. Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side and it’s an old building, but all that is clearly communicated. Nice touch to have an iron and ironing board in the room.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay my family and I had at the Holiday Inn Express Victoria, London, from June 16th to June 21st.
We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and most importantly, our children felt very comfortable and enjoyed their stay as well.
A special thank you goes to Catalin, who immediately resolved a very small issue we experienced in our room and did so with exceptional kindness and professionalism.
I would also like to give a very special thank you to Rossella, who assisted us from the moment of booking and continued to support us throughout our stay. Her attention, care, and dedication made a real difference and were greatly appreciated.
In addition, I would like to thank all the reception desk staff. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names, but every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The level of customer service provided by the entire staff was truly outstanding.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff working in the breakfast area. Every morning they greeted us with a smile, kept everything perfectly organized, and contributed greatly to making our mornings enjoyable and relaxing. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests were truly appreciated.
Thank you all for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We will be very happy to return in the future and will gladly recommend your hotel to friends and family.
Kind regards,
Federico

recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Victoria and found it to be a solid, reliable base for exploring London. The room itself was on the smaller side—very typical for central London—but clean, functional, and comfortable enough for a weeklong stay.
The staff deserves real credit. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which goes a long way when you’re navigating a new city.
The room had an impressive number of charging options: six USB‑A ports and six AC outlets. One USB port didn’t work, but the rest were fine. For travelers coming from the U.S., note that the outlets are 230V/13A, so anything that isn’t dual‑voltage will need a converter, and you’ll need an adapter for U.S. plugs. All my modern devices handled the voltage without issue.
One thing to be aware of—no face cloths in the room. It seems to be standard practice across much of Europe. You’ll get bath sheets and hand towels, but if you rely on washcloths, pack your own.
Location is where this hotel really shines. The neighborhood feels safe, walkable, and full of pubs, cafés, and small shops. You’re also within easy reach of major attractions like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and Piccadilly Circus. For a visitor who wants convenience without the chaos of the busiest tourist zones, it’s a great fit.
Overall, this is a practical, well‑situated hotel with warm staff and the essentials handled. If you’re looking for a comfortable home base while exploring London, it gets the job done.
