  Lovely breakfast greetings and service by Rima. Loved how she took time to greet, explain and take care of the diners. Talk about sunshine on a cloudy day. A good warmth on a cool day. Customer care she is!

  Sorry that I accidentally made a mistake in my last review. As a matter of fact, we did enjoy our stay at the hotel and would like to thank the staff in their helpful support and services. The one recommendation I would give is to provide a small desk and chair in the room to make it more convenient.

  Well equipped, clean and renovated room and bathroom. Good travel connections. Very warm welcome and helpful staff. Charming breakfast service. Unfortunately no table in my room. We stayed 3 nights for a conference and could even use the breakfast area for an urgent meeting. Of course after service hours. Many many thanks again!

  The rooms are small with very noisy air conditioning. The shower room I had was disabled access. The shower was the worst I have ever come across for pressure and it flooded the whole bathroom. Paintwork very shoddy. Staff were great but place seriously needs an upgrade. Location also great. Poor standard for Holiday Inn. Expected better
