  I stayed at the Holiday Inn while attending a trade show in London, and everything was wonderful. The highlight for me was the excellent service and the amazing support when I accidentally left my AirPods behind. The team found them and sent them back to me incredibly quickly. A big thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of my request and for making everything so easy. I really appreciate the outstanding service and would definitely stay here again!

  Read my review of holiday Inn Cambridge. How to make money for nothing. Ps. I'm sorry that your site has been dragged into this problem. I tried to book a room at the holiday Inn Carlisle.However , when I received the confirmation email it turned out that it was for the holiday inn Carlisle in Pennsylvania in the USA. I immediately rang to cancel but informed that the "company policy" was no refunds . The Holiday inn company doesn't want to know. As a result I spent 8 nights in total in places that I didn't want to be in. Apart from that Holiday inns lost the best part of £1000 . I fully acknowledge that your hotel had nothing to do with the situation but I'm just trying to get someone to pay attention. Best regards

  I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels as a Platinum Elite member, but this was by far the worst experience I have had. The hotel is extremely run-down and in a very poor state. The lobby and public toilets were absolutely disgusting, with damaged fixtures, dirt everywhere, and multiple things either broken or poorly maintained. The overall condition of the property was honestly shocking. The breakfast area was just as bad. The furniture was dirty, worn out and damaged, and the whole area felt neglected and unhygienic. It was the kind of place that makes you feel uncomfortable the moment you walk in. Dirty sheets and dirty bathroom. As a Platinum Elite member who has stayed at many Holiday Inn Express properties, I know what the brand standard should look like. This hotel falls far below that standard and desperately needs renovation, proper cleaning and much better maintenance. Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely not an experience I would expect from Holiday Inn Express.

  I don't normally review chains for doing what they should but staff here are so genuinely friendly and charming they deserve recognition. Location is great for Abba Voyage and though on a main road the rooms are quiet and dark. Breakfast was fab

  Lovely rooms. Very clean and comfortable and requested early check in and late check out which the hotel were able to offer. Fantastic location for Abba Voyage and Aysha on Reception was so incredibly helpful, kind and went above and beyond and gave us a map of the area. Aysha is an asset to the hotel. All the other Staff were also very friendly and helpful with my Gluten Free requirements. Well done HI Express.
