  Fabulous hotel, couldn’t fault anything. A special mention for the happy atmosphere among the staff especial shout out to the waitress Tegan who stood out as enjoying her job with such a happy disposition to all guests and was supporting less experienced staff. Thank you for making our visit memorable .

  The hotel’s customer service was inadequate. My mother had to go hospital emergency services on the day of our stay which prevented us from attending. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation but they could not careless and were very unaccommodating even failed to offer an alternative day to use for our stay or a refund due to exceptional circumstances.

  Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione varia e molto gradevole, personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Camere sempre ben pulite, letti in ordine quotidianamente ed asciugamani sempre sostituiti. Comoda la fermata del bus che c'è sotto l'hotel da cui si può raggiungere, dopo 1 sola fermata, la stazione di Stratford dove si può prendere la metro o il DLR. Presenti nei paraggi ed in zona stazione diversi supermarket per le necessità urgenti.. Posto consigliato.

  One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The buffet breakfast had some many choices, staff were extra nice and our rooms were nice and clean. This hotel is close to the overground and Westfield which is great for convenience. I also think it’s a great choice if you are coming home from the O2 Arena as it is not too far away

  Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 4 giorni con la famiglia. È situato in posizione strategica a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione di Stratford dove partono molti bus treni metro per moltissime destinazioni. Le camere sono dotate di molti confort tra i quali ferro da stiro con asse, phon professionale, bollitore dell'acqua e molte prese USB. La colazione è super con ogni che si possa desiderare sia dolce che salato. E ottimo anche per cenare. Il personale è molto preparato e simpatico.
