Good function room with kitchen and public use devices.

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel a Canning Town. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Stanno rinnovando le camere. La stanza, come si vede dalle foto era spaziosa. Abbiamo ricevuto anche un aperitivo di benvenuto. Abbiamo lasciato le valigie gratuitamente sia al nostro arrivo che al checkout. Per la colazione erono attrezzati con la macchina per il caffè adatta a noi celiaci(2 beccucci separati) e non solo...c'era anche il pane gluten free. Peccato che non c'erano le confezioni monouso di marmellate e Nutella. Ho potuto usare solo il burro. Gentilissima la cameriera che parlava italiano sempre disponibilissima ad assisterci per ogni nostra richiesta.
La posizione è ottima!! Un isolato dalla metro. Strade larghe e sicure. Di fronte all'albergo c'è anche un comodissimo supermercato.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to give special thanks to Sophie, Karolina, and Shaz for making my visit so enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations.
From check-in to check-out, they made me feel welcome and ensured everything was taken care of promptly. Their warm attitude and excellent customer service truly enhanced my holiday experience.
Stayed here as we had a concert at the o2, the hotels location is ideal as it’s just a 5 minute walk from Canning Town which is then one tube stop from the o2
The rooms were clean minus the odd stain in the carpets but this wasn’t something that took anything away from the quality of our stay. Beds are very comfortable and I had a great nights rest after the concert.

Checked us in seemed genuinely up for a bit of convo while still getting the check in process sorted. This was nice to experience as it set the tone for our stay and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Room 330 bed to soft my partner wake up with back pain and the toilet seat had red marks in the front seat. The bulb was hanging from the ceiling which I found a bit weird. The £20 parking fees was not clear in the booking process, not a good surprise. when arriving and having extra cost specially in this economy. Breakfast was ok, had a cold and hot foods served. Shower pressure was lovely my partner could have stay in it for 15 mins more if we were not in the rush. We did appreciate the note left on the table. Our stay was a bit of disappointment this time.
