  Such an amazing stay here. Major thankyou to the staff for being so accommodating - specific ahout out to David who was the night staff. I was working a night shift that significantly overran, meaning I didn't actually reach the hotel until after 4am. I called the hotel and David ensured my booking was maintained, confirmed a 2pm checkout, and sorted out my parking outside the hotel. When I arrived he prepared me a small bag of breakfast items, some orange juice, etc to take to the room, and essentially made what could have been a nightmare into a completely stress-free positive experience. Thankyou, wholeheartedly. The world needs more people like you!

  The staff was very accommodating, my husband made a mistake by booking a single adult 1 room instead of a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, they made the changes really quickly without a fuss. Thank you Tyrique for your assistance, really appreciate it! The hotel smells lovely and clean 👌 The only downside for me was the location, it was farther than I expected but it's totally my own fault.

  Lovely stay last night, Euri and Andrei helped with everything I needed (and then some), and then I had a pleasant welcome message in the room as well. Lovely breakfast too! Location was very convenient, very close to tube/DLR. Felt safe walking there in the evening too.

  The hotel is quite old — the elevators broke down several times during our stay. We went because it was relatively close to the Excel Centre for a conference, but it's really not worth it: it's expensive, far away, poorly staffed, the room is small, the air conditioning makes an infernal noise, and they tried to charge me 20 pounds for checking out 30 minutes later than they wanted.

  Standard holiday inn rooms, really affordable so nothing knockout with the quality and aesthetic anc size of the rooms, 3 of us in one room was snug but it did fit fine. The bed was comfy! Sofa bed not as much - to be expected with a fold out bed! Air con was LOVELY! fully changeable dial system and kept the room lovely and cool when it was hot after being around London. Breakfast was great! So much choice! Staff were kind and caring too. Good location for some things on the east, but a bit of a trek to places like Covent Garden’s etc
