  Lovely stay here, rooms were clean and nice. Muhammad who works here made the stay even better, great customer service, attention to detail and helped us with our door. He was working the night when we got in and was great and was still working at breakfast with a big smile on his face the next morning.

  Theo from the breakfast service team is amazing, he is very helpful & the way he work with a warm smile , the meaning of attention to detail to hospitality as a training manager in hospitality I truly appreciate him. Front office team the way they handle with wrong attitude. Provided room which haven’t yet clean and the wrong room was disappointing also wont attend calls even for emergency, fire alarm rang on 18th night and stopped with in few minutes no one attended the call even after two tries. Stayed by Mohammed aathil & Haritha

  I called hotel for reservations and they confirmed the have room i went to check in stataway Mohamad did my check i was panic as I didn’t find room but he handle with respect and carefully.great place to stay because in late night i got perfect room for sleep

  Good room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and bar service was good although i did think it was strange the receptionists were also the bar staff. Checking in was smooth and easy due to the welcoming staff Manager Danny and Alex! Area is alright, can’t complain. Lobby area, restaurant and bar area all good and a nice atmosphere.🥰

  Tiny, clean, comfortable room with air conditioning and a fold out couch. They lost a star because of not having a refrigerator in the room. Staff at reception were terrific and very accommodating. They moved our entire reservation back a day when our train in was late. We checked our luggage in at 10am & it was stored for us while we went off exploring until the room was ready later in the day.
