  Windowless room ? Im not sure if it's even allowed for safety reasons. When booking through a 3rd party website, there's no indication of some rooms don't have any windows. There's almost nothing in breakfast. The simplest things like ham and cheese are absent. The scrambled egg (the only egg option) was weirdly tasteless. Location only good if you have a business (my case - so ok)

  I booked this hotel for April 2027 and was advised that payment would be taken on the day of arrival. I provided my credit card details purely to secure the booking. However, just a few days later, an unexpected charge of over £300 was taken from my account and it wasn’t even the correct amount for the rooms I had booked. At first, I assumed it may have been a mistake, so I contacted IHG and was given an email address for the hotel to send all the relevant details. I provided bank statements, the transaction code, and the exact date and time of the payment. Four weeks later, I still haven’t heard a single word from the hotel. Despite calling multiple times and being repeatedly told they would get back to me, I have been completely ignored. This level of customer service and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. It’s also very concerning they have taken money without my consent.

  Un hotel estupendo para pasar tu estancia en Londres. Las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes, pero están super limpias y equipadas con todo lo necesario. La cama es comodisima, el hotel muy tranquilo. Todo el personal es muy agradable. Está bastante bien comunicado teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones de Londres, a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de Limehouse. Sin duda lo recomendaria.

  This Holiday Inn Express is located in Limehouse and just a 5 minute walk from the DLR, local shops, the Thames Footpath, Regents Canal and Limehouse Cut. It does have a small carpark to the front of the hotel but The Highway is a very busy road requiring confident driving so I would advise public transport rather than arriving by car. The room was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and modern with an eco shower and soft, fluffy white towels. A buffet style breakfast was included in the room cost- hot food such as sausage, bacon , eggs etc, variety of bread, cereal, muffins and lots of fresh fruit. I asked for gluten free toast and this was prepared in a separate area and brought out to me. Staff were welcoming and professional. As a solo traveller I felt safe at all times, both in the hotel and the surrounding area. This was a great base for travelling into central London but also Canary Wharf, Queen Elizabeth Park and lots of other areas. Recommended!

  Breakfast was a bit poor. It's not worth the price! Room 137 was a nightmare! Not only is there no elevator access, but you have to go to the second floor, walk through the entire building, and then down to the first floor to this hidden room. Of course, the same thing happens on the other side. First, we took the side stairs from the first to the second floor, walked through the entire building, and only then took the stairs or elevator to the ground floor. We were woken up at 6 a.m. because there was a delivery. The workers under the windows were extremely loud, and instead of carrying boxes, they were scraping them on the sidewalk! We should have been compensated for the room without elevator access and the employees yelling from the morning. The worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at in the UK!
