  這次在 Hammersmith IHG 住了 5 晚，換房的過程，真的讓人有點無言。 優點： 飯店離 Hammersmith Station 很近，交通方便，附近也很熱鬧，有 Iceland、M&S、Lidl、Sainsbury等超商。早餐也還不錯，有早餐可以省下一餐，不過餐點變化不大，連續吃三天以上就會開始覺得膩。另外，房門採用電子鎖還是不錯。 缺點： 房間空調運轉問題，跟櫃檯反映後，感覺一直在等、一直在溝通，卻始終沒有一次把問題處理好。從空調太吵、連通門讓人缺乏安全感，到最後安排的房型又不符合需求，整個溝通真的很浪費時間。 整體來說： 這間飯店最大的優點就是地點方便、生活機能好，早餐也算不錯，房門採用電子鎖也讓人比較放心。但以這次的住宿經驗來說，房間安排和客訴處理真的讓人失望。 Hammersmith Station 附近相同價位的飯店其實不少，也沒有必要非住這一家。下次如果再來這附近，我會優先考慮其他飯店，不會再把這間列為首選。

  The staff are very respectful, polite, and welcoming. The bar also offers great prices, and the room was clean. There was an issue with the bathroom, but as soon as we reported it to the management, it was fixed immediately. The hotel is also in a very lively location, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, so there are plenty of options nearby. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a little small, but considering the price, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Overall, it was a great stay!

  Convenient Location, but Disappointing Room Cleanliness and Maintenance The hotel is conveniently located, approximately an 8-minute walk from the nearest Underground station. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to get around and find food and other essentials. However, our stay was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and room maintenance. Upon arrival, we found feces left in the bathroom. We reported the issue, and although an apology was given, the experience was unacceptable and left a poor first impression. The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout our stay, even after using an air freshener. In addition, water accumulated in the shower area and took a while to drain. The toilet also required approximately two minutes between flushes, which was inconvenient. Housekeeping was another concern. On our second day, a used cup was left uncleaned and simply moved into the bathroom instead of being removed. The room also had no refrigerator or in-room safe, which would have been useful for guests. Overall, the hotel’s location is a major advantage, but the cleanliness issues, bathroom drainage and flushing problems, and inconsistent housekeeping significantly affected our experience. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

  After staying I thought it was very meh. Don’t get me wrong I know a holiday inn express isn’t a 5 star luxury hotel but compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses it felt below them. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean so would say it’s fine for a night. Walls are thin and in my room the heating/ air con didn’t work. I could clearly hear underground and road traffic and the person next door to me. The lifts require some maintenance. One lift the ground floor button doesn’t work and you have to get off at the first floor and walk down. The other lift groans and creaks like it can stop at any moment

  A great 5-night stay for my wife and myself. Location is great (close to shops, supermarkets, thrift/discount stores and a huge selection of food, along with a 10-minute walk to the tube station) but the walk does take a toll on you after a full day outside, but that's pretty much the only gripe we had. Staff was accommodating as we arrived early before our check-in time, and were still kindly arranged a room on arrival. Room was more than big enough for two, with a sofa located beside the bed which was more than useful. Hotel does show its age a little, but a great stay for sure!
