  left luggage here for storage - NEVER DO THIS!!!!! storage room door was left propped open for anyone to enter and take whatever bags they might want - receptionist told a complaining man ‘take whatever you like!’, there were no cameras either. didn’t check my tag or even speak to me at all, i could’ve taken anything i liked!

  Biz 4 kişi ailemle 5 gece kaldık ancak odalar çok küçük,hiç bir şey sığımıyo. Kahvaltı var gösteriyo ama olmasada olurmuş . kahvaltıda çok az çeşit var her gün aynı şeyler bazen oturacak yer bile kalmıyor. Odayı hiç iyi temizlemediler, odaya ilk geldiğimizde yerde cips vardı ve 5 gün o cipsi almadılar. Odadaki lavobolar çok kötü,ilk gördüğünüz güzel gözüküyo ama musluk yanlış takılmış her yer su içinde kalıyo. Camlar buzlu hiçbir şey gözükmüyo ve açılmıyo. Kimseye önermeyin

  The staff was kind and helpful, especially Willy. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was efficient. Breakfast was delicious and with a rich, wide offer, but the way through the buffet should be less narrow, so to avoid the queuing of people. I asked for a shower cap and they didn't have one... Such a shame, since they can help you with a bunch of extra things such as tooth brush, face cloths etc. The area is very well connected with buses and underground (H&C, Piccadilly, District and Circle lines); having lived there 25 years ago though, I have to say I have found it a bit dodgier than it used to be, in the late evening. Overall a good stay for London standards!

  Excellent stay, would return We had an excellent stay and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with fresh, high-quality options to start the day. The rooms were comfortable and well kept — one was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The only real drawback was that the breakfast area got quite crowded, which made the mornings feel a little busy. Overall, a very good hotel that I’d rate 9 out of 10. I’d mainly suggest expanding the breakfast selection. Adding a few more options — such as a choice of cheeses and cured meats (ham), along with a wider variety of fresh fruit — would round things out nicely. It might also help to ease the crowding at breakfast, perhaps with a slightly larger seating area or staggered serving times.

  It's a good hotel in the budget with good English complimentary breakfast. It has Air conditioning and quite big beds. Staff are very friendly. There will be a bit of noice from tube train but that is very very low and may not distrub you. More importantly it is very close to Hammersmith tube station which will have circle and city line tubes very frequently. There are good eateries and shops and ATMs around it including M&S, lidil, fruit shop and other shops. It became one of my favourite budget hotel in London.
