  We received a wonderful warm welcome from maddy slept in a twin room clean and comfortable we will definitely recommend to others and we will be back soon I hope thankyou for making our trip away so special

  Literally 15 minutes walk from the O2 arena and cost 1/3 of the nearest hotels in the area, including a full breakfast! Not my first time with them and, once more, a happy bunny. Clean, nice room and nice breakfast. Nor to mention the staff members, always nice and polite, checking and making sure that everything is ok. We been there the day before Ariana Grande concert so imagine the chaos but despite that,in less than 5 minutes we were checked in. Also there is a car park with lots of space and the walk to the O2 arena is nice. And, if you fancy it, there in an IKEA just around the corner!

  Great value per money, fantastic location nearby North Greenwich project and O2 arena. Food and service are great, just look for the room size as they are thight. But beds and toilets are great 👍👍👍

  delayed review- we stayed here back in april for a show at the 02. the bed was comfy but we got bitten the heck out of and didnt know what it was. we later learned they where bed bug bites and unfortunately for us they ended up also coming home with us which is gutting because our bed and mattress was brand new due to moving so its not nice dealing with. i had seen another review about the bed bugs and i believe we also stayed on that floor. i also had such a horrible experience with a cleaner in the morning. we had not woken up yet it wasnt even check out time. 8:30 am a cleaner just lets herself in whilst we slept and i wasnt decent! she saw me in a very vulnerable state and honestly it was a terrifying way to wake up! a stranger finding you naked because they barged in whilst you slept hanging out your backside and in no way ready to wake up yet! i did complain to the desk at checkout and the lady was very nice and offered us some snacks to take on our journey home but i didnt feel that was okay . food normally works for me!😂 but i was terrified and annoyed because surely the cleaners know what rooms should be vacant! is there not a list? i wouldnt personally stay again . a lot of work need to be done and the exterminators need to pay a visit!😬🪳 the fact i came here in july to write my review says enough because it really has stuck with me. can provide booking reference if needed! and photos of bites we received during our stay

  The staff at this hotel are fantastic. The location is fairly near the O2 - about a 15-20 minute walk. There is a 422 bus that stops 2 minutes from the hotel that goes there and runs until late (check times). The breakfast was ok but we have had better at other sites - there’s always something you can have though. Husband was disappointed that the pancake machine was broken. Downside is that only one lift was working and it is tiny! We walked up and down to the 6th floor every time! There are no USBC charge points, only the older USBA. The bed was extremely hard, but some people may prefer that. Room was clean and aircon was working.
