  Stayed here whilst visiting the O2 arena, great location for that, just a fairly short walk. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Felt parking for guest should be free, especially given the cost of the hotel, but overall very happy with the stay, and would use again.

  Careful! I got a parking fine despite having paid the overnight parking fee at the front desk. Make sure you get a printed receipt from the hotel staff. The parking is managed by a separate company called "ParkMaven Ltd" with overwhelmingly negative reviews from customers online.

  Ottima esperienza all’Holiday Inn Express London. Il personale è davvero gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi eventuale problema. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Noi eravamo in quattro e forse un divano letto leggermente più grande avrebbe fatto comodo, ma onestamente è stato più che sufficiente per il nostro soggiorno. Bagno perfetto, pulito e funzionale. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente la vista, davvero spettacolare, insieme alla posizione: in soli 5 minuti di autobus si raggiungono la O2 Arena e la metropolitana, quindi è molto comodo anche per spostarsi e visitare Londra. Nel complesso siamo stati davvero bene e lo consiglierei sicuramente.

  Only go here if you are desperate. The location is great for access to the O2 Arena and East London. That's the only good thing. The toilet overflow empties directly into the shower (see photo attached). That is disgusting. I will never understand what plumber thought that was sensible idea. I stayed for 2 days. The shower was cold, I told reception after my first night. They promised to fix it while I was out for the day, but they didn't. The plug in the basin was knackered too and kept getting clogged, so I needed to put my hand in the dirty water to hold it open. The room is generally quite dated. Poor all round really.

  Holiday Inn Express London - Greenwich..... Wow on the customer service..... NOT..... Booked 2 rooms for November..... nearly £300 each.... one needs to be cancelled so I do the cancellation online, call to check I will be refunded and sadly no can do..... I have now been on the phone for 45 minutes and 55 seconds... spoke to a nice lady, to check, asked for the cancellation to be cancelled so that I could give the room away rather than donate £300 to the Holiday Inn Express London - Greenwich ..... the nice lady was going to check.... and here I still am..... waiting on hold..... Gentle reminder.... a Happy customer is a happy customer.... an unhappy customers tells at least 3 other people.... and with the power of social media it is even worse..... Looking forward to writing a nice google review..... nothing better to do on a Sunday......
