    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. During the recent heat wave, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, making the stay even more pleasant. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Chef Vira, who went above and beyond to understand guests' requirements and provided thoughtful solutions to accommodate individual preferences. Her dedication to customer satisfaction and personal attention made the experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and genuine hospitality.

    We had a wonderful stay! Gio in the reception was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her excellent service made us feel truly cared for. Vira and all the ladies working at breakfast were so friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food, and their service made the experience even better. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. You made our stay memorable, and we would definitely love to come back!

    Really nice room, clean, decent size and a comfy bed. Importantly strong working aircon! Window gives a lot of shelter against outside noise, planes can be a bit loud but managed to sleep through a massive thunderstorm! Breakfast was standard buffet options and was hot and tasty. Location was really easy to get to. Under 5min walk to Royal Albert DLR and travel to the O2 or Excel is pretty quick and straightforward. Also only a couple stops from an Elizabeth Line connection, ideal for getting into London. Price was very competitive with other hotels in the area and checkin an hour earlier than a lot of others at 2pm Only minor complaints would be the lifts being a bit smelly and there are no nearby shops so if you need things for your room (snacks, drinks etc) you'd need to get them elsewhere.

She works as a housekeeper/waitress and is from Senegal. Throughout my stay, Aminata was incredibly kind, cheerful, and attentive not only to me, but to all the guests. Her warm smile and positive energy truly made a difference and made my days in London even more special. Please pass on my thanks and congratulations to her.     Overall great stay with excellent service! ​My stay here was highly positive, with great service from the hotel and the staff. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to access London’s transport network. ​A special shout-out goes to Cynthia from the breakfast team. She went well above and beyond her standard responsibilities and hotel rules to help us. The hotel cutlery makes it nearly impossible to cut or peel a whole piece of fruit (like an apple) without wasting most of it. Cynthia showed great common sense and care by finding a solution for us so we could enjoy our breakfast. ​On our last day, we tried to get similar help, but the staff on duty were a bit too focused on strict rules rather than basic guest assistance, making a simple task quite difficult. However, this was just an isolated episode and does not change my overall positive view of the hotel. I highly recommend it!
