  Die Service Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Von der Größe her ist es für vier Personen allerdings eng. Außer einer Kleiderstange mit 5 Kleiderbügeln ist kein Stauraum vorhanden. Lage etwas außerhalb, aber nur 100m zur Station Royal Albert.

  I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday and had a wonderful experience. Initially, I was given a room facing the car park. I requested a room with a better view, and the staff kindly transferred me to another room where I could enjoy a fantastic view of London. From the room, I could watch the DLR trains, planes taking off and landing at the nearby airport, boats around river Thames , and the busy roads filled with cars and buses. It was a really enjoyable and unique view. To make my birthday even more special, the hotel also kindly provided me with a complimentary discounted drink, which was a lovely gesture. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate my request made my 50th birthday celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!

  Only stayed a few days whit my small boy. We’d especially like to highlight the wonderful attention we received throughout our stay at the hotel. In particular, Vira’s service at breakfast was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to both my son and me at all times. Honestly, I don’t think there is anything I would improve about our experience. Everything was wonderful. The staff were attentive and lovely, the cleanliness was excellent, and the dining area was spotless throughout all breakfast services.

  Rooms was decent a few marks around a bit of dust but clean apart from that on the light stand dusty and the curtains air con was a little hard to use a few minutes of pressing button turn on to get to work plus kettle leaked water we asked but didn’t notify us they sorted it staff was nice in my opinion mark on chair to also on wallpaper in the corner kids I guess overall decent but I would recommend a bit more central London for me personally I wouldn’t stay again

  The staff was excellent, and the location was super easy to find. There was ample paid parking available inside the facility. The hotel also provided special care for kids right from the moment we arrived, with a dedicated check-in counter for children that included coloring materials and lollipops. The vending machines inside the hotel were also very convenient, offering everything we needed during our stay—from drinks to even electronics. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-out was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, we had a great experience.
