- MMManadis6 days ago5.0Sehr gutes und modernes Hotel. De Service und Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ein wenig außerhalb, aber die Elizabeth Line ist easy zu erreichen. Man braucht dann ca. 30 min nach London rein. Nachts fährt die N207 Linie (falls man so doofe Flugzeiten hat, wie wir 😅). Das Zimmer ist nicht riesig, aber auch nicht winzig, aber sehr modern (wir sind im neuen Teil des Hotels untergebracht). Sehr schönes Bad und alles sehr neu.

The 4 is because- to quote a local- "this isn't the best neighborhood". That being said, i walked around after dark to get dinner without an issue of any kind. There are grocery stores within 150 get of the front door, restaurants galore and a great pub just down the street. For London, this is an exceptional value.

Every staff members were impressively nice and friendly, breakfast was great. Sausage and baked beans with hash brown were fresh. There was a flower shop right beside so I got the rose for my wife as soon as I reached to the hotel. It will be my most memorable hotel. Room is a bit small compare to Canadian holiday inn hotels, but it was cozy and comfortable. Grocery story is right behind of the hotel so if you need drinkable water you can easily access grocery store nearby. Thank you team for your services.

Hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded our room (I have some special status with IHG but it’s the first time it’s gotten me anything). Staff were always at the desk, monitoring people coming in and out and asking if we needed anything. Aditi was especially kind and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable with two kinds of pillows (firm and soft). Great AC. Good breakfast each day. It’s a 30-40 minute ride into the city and many options for train lines and buses to get there. Sainsbury’s right around the corner.
