It was a lovely hotel. The AC did wonders in this heat wave and was appreciated. Recep staff lovely!.
HOWEVER:
Only thing is that on our way to our room a random man (to us) on the 2nd floor asked us what our room number. That's all he said... "what is your room number". I said "I'd rather not say" and we after, found our room easily. 5 mins after being in our room someone knocked on the door. Didn't announce who they were. Looked through the peep hole and it was the same man. Turned out it was the maintenance guy and he wanted to fix our light (could have done that before we checked in) we didn't let him in bcos he still didn't say who he was or show any ID. Could've been Anyone!!! but at that time we had no clue who this man was. As two women it was very nerving. He never said who was at any time (until after he was leaving our room door).
I used to work in a HIEX for years and our maintenance man would always make sure anyone he spoke to knew who he was and show ID.

A fair walk from Ealing Broadway but not that far from West Ealing station. Parking in the area is a bit restricted and the hotel's recommended site is a good 15 minute walk so be mindful if you have heavy luggage.
Everything you'd expect of a Holiday Inn Express - this site has the up to date room style with the nicer bathroom.
Very effective air conditioning which was a god send in the current heatwave! Good breakfast buffet and very helpful staff.
I'd stay here again if I had business in Heathrow/Windsor

Another currently overpriced city high street hotel. The HIE chain is similar to Premier Inn and Travelodge, very simple, basic but functional.
The staff here were very friendly and polite. The estate has just been renovated, so the rooms were very pleasant. They have everything you need in the room and the bed was so so comfortable.
We paid for breakfast included, which is downstairs next to reception. The breakfast was ok, very simple and very basic. I found the bacon and the sausages to be of poor cheap quality, but everything else was ok.
In all not a bad stay for a one night. It served a purpose despite the cost. Easy for the buses and the tube.
A very pleasant stay.

The location did not feel particularly safe, especially for women travelling alone. The breakfast was also disappointing. The bread and croissants seemed industrial rather than freshly baked, and the overall quality was below what we would normally expect at this price level. Considering the amount we paid, we are used to receiving a better standard of breakfast and overall value.

A special thank you to Aida and Aditi, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests.
The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant experience from start to finish. What really makes this place stand out is its amazing staff, especially Aida and Aditi, whose positive attitude and excellent service made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you for the warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again!
