  Our stay in this hotel was amazing. The train station is not far, so you can go quickly to the center of London. You can even leave your suitcase to the hotel before having your room so you can go visit without all your stuff. The room are really clean and comfy, with everything you need. The breakfast is very delicious, with a lot of choice, and our waitress Ralluca and Adela were really nice, smiling and friendly. I recommend this place to stay !!

  Lovely hotel. The rooms were really clean and nice decor. The air con was brilliant even on a day when it was about 40 degrees! The staff were really helpful and attentive. Adela and Ruel were great at breakfast. There was a good selection at breakfast and it was fresh and replenished regularly. Good location for getting into central London. It was also really easy to get to and from Crystal Palace park for a gig. Would stay here again!

  Room size was unexpectedly large and very welcoming after a long day out. The bed is very, very comfortable! Service overall has been great from reception and Raluca was particularly efficient and kept tables tidy during breakfast, which was very much appreciated! The only flag is that the hotel entrance is down an alleyway and tucked away so can be a little daunting to find but no issues.

  A wonderful stay with excellent service and a lovely breakfast. I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. A special thank you to Patricia for her lovely service. She is a very warm and kind person who made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

  Very friendly staff at the check-in and breakfast. Especially Raluca is really friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, well equipped and an above average size for London. Only downside is that the door to the room is not sound proof. At 6:30 AM guests next door left the room and it sounded like they were talking next to the bed. The breakfast is a full English one and is included in the room rate, which was a nice bonus. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely return if the door to the room will get soundproofing.
