  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Naresh Made Our Stay Special! We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn, and a huge part of that was thanks to Naresh! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always made sure we felt comfortable. Whether he was helping us at reception or serving drinks at the bar, his positive attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out. Naresh went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. His warm personality, attentiveness, and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome from the moment we interacted with him. People like him make all the difference and are a real asset to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and our overall experience was excellent. We couldn't have asked for better service! A special thank you to Naresh for making our stay even more memorable. He deserves recognition for the excellent work he does. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London! 👏

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Croydon. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location is great for exploring London while still having a quieter place to come back to. I especially want to mention Adela from the breakfast service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming, and really made my morning start on a positive note. Excellent service! The breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful and the overall atmosphere was lovely. Everything was exactly as it should be for a good hotel stay. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Croydon and would happily stay here again. Great experience and well deserving of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  All good - we will pre-book a firm mattress next time. Breakfast was a VERY unexpected pleasant surprise. Very comprehensive and great service - especially Ruel. He was super-friendly and helpful. Bathroom - Dove brand products as a standard is fabulous. Towels fresh-smelling and luxurious. General maintenance is very good. Blocking on elevator for room inspections during the breakfast period is fundamentally problematic. We were rushing to make the breakfast deadline and considered using the stairs instead. Eventually we crammed into the other elevator despite the 4-person limit. Two of the occupants were staff. This is a manageable operational issue. Otherwise excellent experience - we will return in mid-October.

  Great bfast choices, staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, patient and conversant. Ruel, at breakfast time was extremely helpful and offered to even serve food on our table at it was almost closing time. He chatted with us, and i could see him always repelinishing and cleaning buffet area and tables. Hard-working, helpful and friendly 👍 The hotel is in a convenient area, surprisingly has the basic amenities and well- maintained rooms and common areas. Toilets area very clean and even has a choice of paper towels or hand dyers. Also has tissue paper, not very common for many hotels. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, will definitely come back again.

  Had a really enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Express Croydon. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel was convenient, and the overall experience was great. A special shout-out to Anis at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He made the check-in experience smooth and was always pleasant and professional. I’d also like to give a big thank you to Ruel, who was looking after the breakfast buffet. He was very attentive, friendly, and did a great job keeping everything well stocked and making sure guests had clean plates and everything they needed. His positive attitude really stood out. Anis and Ruel both provided excellent service and made my stay feel much more welcoming. It’s staff like them who really make a difference. I’d definitely stay here again!
