  Arrive late in the day around 8pm. Sleep in late because we came in from the USA and there was a time change. Room service was notified with a do not disturb sign early in the morning. By 11am , GMT, the sign was shoved under the door of the room. I noticed it and placed it back on the door handle when it was shoved back under the door of the room. Obviously, house keeping was not concerned about the guest & their rest. Needless to say , the room was never serviced when we went out by 12:30 pm and had to call the front desk for towels and Toilet paper because they left no back up roll and only a 1/4 used roll. Not tge same service that we always received fri Holiday Inn Express, USA.

  Instalaciones correctas, desayuno bastante completo con opción take away. Pero sobre todo, personal muy amable y atento
